Hello the missing blocks are the rejected.

Plus it's very strange, almost impossible you didn't received any payouts.

NOMP works as immediate payout once the first block you found while mining in our pool has matured for 100 confirmations (that are the confirmations needed by BTCD). The payouts are going regularly since start. You can contact us on IRC channel to have real time assistance.
