Yes, that's the issue.
Something more sustainable would be a membership module that tracks activity on your site, and the activity can be whatever you want it to be. Comments on existing casinos, operator review requests on a bullet-board or just plain website feedback. The better the activity of a certain user is, the more do they get from the membership. Maybe a point system with rewards or something, but now we're entering extra dev work + building a community around the brand is always a hard thing to do.
I like the idea generally and I know affiliate sites that went this route, successfully... at the same time, as csmiami stated, indeed a whole lot of work to be put in and even more time needed to "market" this and actually get people to "doing" it. Still, I have always had something like that in mind for the FAR future.

That sounds like an awful lot to creating a forum inside the website, which would be a bit counter productive. Besides, who would be "objective" enough to actually draw that sustainability criteria?
Community wise, we have always had this very thread, and our telegram channel, and there's in fact plenty of familiar faces that usually take part in most of the activities. But creating something open for all the public would completely miss the point and actually hurt all the people involved.

I also just browsed through the scam accusation and it is not looking so good for Coinplay as they simply don't give any detailed information and just said the user breached some terms. @efialtis, do you have a contact at Coinplay or can you mediate in this case?

Thanks for the update Efi! Will check out some of the latest casino reviews. Most of the names don’t ring a bell like heybets or wagmi casino. Even though the competition is so fierce in this field, there are still new casinos popping up. Probably in the next 2 years 50% of these casinos will have ceased operations.
This is what i like with BTCGosu on which they do really have exerted effort on giving out the updated lists not only limited on casinos but also into providers and other correlated stuffs which is something that we cant really see today because they do eventually failed and die down along the way because of lacking interest.When it comes to review and guides then this site has it all.
Speaking about those sites you've mentioned the most of them are really that something new into my ears which its not shocking because we are really that
