Even though personally we are not the biggest fans of so-called "dividends crypto casinos" we do know that many people love the idea of staking and "earning passive income". The list of casinos offering such functionalities is getting bigger and we have recently updated and added some more of these, so feel free to check it out: https://www.btcgosu.com/dividends-crypto-casinos/

From my experience support sucks in most casinos... I am not sure where they find those guys/girls and how much they are paying them, but sometimes they can be a real pain in the ass.

Most single-brand operations outsource them to a CS provider, and the CS provider can sometimes be a random one.

Multi-brand operations without a parent company also outsource them.

Multi-brand operations with a parent company (like DAMA N.V., Betsson and similar) have their own customer support team.

Crashino is a single-brand unlicensed casino, so I'm guessing they outsource everything.

Honestly, I'd contact them via email if this is such an important vulnerability. It will leave you with some evidence you did indeed contact them and that your intentions were not mailicious.

Not sure what the screenshot is meant to be

Hey,

I have asked Crashino to look into this. Smiley

Update: Crashino is going to pay you in full. Smiley

Hi efialtis,

As you know, everything went fine.
Today I deposited again and found a bug where the platform is at risk of financial damage.
I could have withdrawn the funds. The fund is not significant in my case, but others can misuse it.
I tried to contact support and their telegram as well. Live support is offline.
Could you please ask them to contact me via the forum or ask their live support to come online?
A single day is enough to bankrupt the platform if they do not notice it.

It is great that you have talked with Crashino to look into the issue and they have solved the issue as you have told. But I am worried for Crashino if anyone faces this issue and is not aware of the forum as well as you then how they resolve their issue? Why they are not solving the problem base on the request of their customer via live chat/email?

From my experience support sucks in most casinos... I am not sure where they find those guys/girls and how much they are paying them, but sometimes they can be a real pain in the ass. I really don't know what kind of instructions they get, but what I do know is that sometimes it's hard to get to the right person who can solve the problem. And when it comes to that, in the last +3 years I had a few issues that were solved with Efi's help...  One of the perks of playing under Gosu I guess! Direct line with admins and owners, not lousy support. Smiley

Hi Efialtis, I have created a scam accusation against Crashino.com as they are not helping to solve my case https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/solved-crashinocom-scam-80-winnings-were-not-paid-5463133

Would you mind writing your thoughts?

Thank you very much for the feedback! Mind transfer? I don`t know... but I am currently tweaking the bustabit game review in order to publish it ~
Maybe I have inhaled the GOSU mindset inside me Wink. It was just like a miracle that my suggestion and your working progress were at the same time. Anyway, I have read your review about Bustabit crash game. It won't be bad if you include the minimum withdrawal amount of Bustabit. Don't you think accepting Bitcoin only is one kind of Cons?

Hi,

I haven`t included that information since it`s in the game review category where we look at the games and not the operators - none of our game reviews features information such as withdrawal amounts etc. And yeah, you could definitely be right that accepting just BTC could be a con. I will be tweaking all of the reviews over time, right now I need to get them live as detailed as possible, even though probably not perfect. Wink

Not sure if anyone has noticed it but................. I have recently started publishing news regularly and the plan is to publish ~2 news per day. https://www.btcgosu.com/blog/news/

Even more surprising they are running it for the 2nd time now and if I looked at the first edition, they got many participants.
I'm wondering why the one in Gosu which was absolutely better got less participants than the one with x40 wagering requirement.
BTCGOSU had run the promo for their referrals only, not for every user of Wolf. Flush is a casino with a lot of users, where the promo was available for every user. This is the main reason for the difference of the participant number.

~snip~
Some nice articles about the crash games. I haven't heard about the 'Pilot' game before. I just tested the game in a casino. The Pilot game is completely same as the most popular 'Aviator' game, you have mentioned this in the article too.

How about publishing a short review of Bustabit crash game? I know they don't have the affiliate system, but they are one of the oldest and reputable site for the crash game.

Random edit: Makes me realize it`s almost 08:30 PM and I have been working on the site since 07:00 AM - the GOSU life  Cool Cheesy

GOSUS, I hope you are all doing great - summer vacations?

On a GOSU related note: A while ago, we have started working on expanding our crash games section, including new in-depth pages about the different types of crash games as well as reviews of specific crash games. Some of these pieces are live already, so please let me know what you think. The goal is of course to become the biggest/best source of crypto crash game info. Smiley

Don't make the high hope always. Only 1 ticket could have been lucky for you.

I'm surprised to see there is a site "flush" which seems to be motivated with the last promo by Gosu.
Flush is doing the same promo, the rules are exactly the same but the funny thing is that there is a x40 wagering requirement in order to withdraw the prize LOL.
Even more surprising they are running it for the 2nd time now and if I looked at the first edition, they got many participants.

@efialtis, Have you thought to publish an article about your recent iGaming Club experience in Amsterdam? It will be great if you share your experience through a blog post as you have met with a lot of online casino operators in that event. AffPapa is going to hold another event at Barcelona in the September month of this year. Will you join in it as well?

This is a great idea and I promise to do a detailed blog post after the next conference! This next conference will probably be Barcelona indeed! Smiley

As for Amsterdam: Unfortunately, I missed the AffPapa iGaming Club Amsterdam, but was at least (together with miniadmin) at the iGB Live fair, where we met the BC.Game people among others.
