But then again as I said multiple times in almost any post regarding websites that do reviews/rankings: you should always do your own research and should not rely on a 3rd-party website telling you which website is legit and which is not and what research is better than checking out their ANN thread for reviews and comments as long as it's not a self-moderated topic so that OP can delete any posts that they don't like.

Of course it can not be guaranteed!
The sites I have been to and read reviews on I saw that the site was giving sites that other sites rated as bad, were rated great there.
All I had to do is visit the site and read up on affiliate % to see that the only reason it was rated perfect was because it had the highest affiliate %.
