And so I verified my email and phone number and got the 50 free spins.

The minimum amount to perform withdrawals is 0.004 BTC. So if you deposit 0.004 BTC to FortuneJack, you can withdraw the BTC you have won. Yesterday it worked that way, but I'm not sure if FortuneJack will react soon and block the withdrawals. In their FAQs you can read that you have to turn over the deposit amount twice to withdraw the BTC again:

How does efialtis manage this? I do not really understand business and networking and I definitely do not understand how you can manage a website this well while building a bridge. It's quite "hidden" - you just have to click on deposit, then click the "X" to close the window and will then be able to click on "Withdraw".
