I didn't know that yet and tried it on CryptoWild.
Can confirm that it works, if you register via efialits' link you will get the 20 spins credited. You would also get up to 100 additional spins for deposits, but I did not try that.

I liked it, the variety of buttons caters for all tastes. I think you did not want to leave no one outside for selection tastes.

Something like an overview link, could be better; first because the BTC amounts do not always coincide with the amounts of some alt. That way it would be understood that it is only for bitcoin and the visual would also help.

Great overview and you could indeed filter easily. One other suggestion: maybe you could write for the minimum bet the amount in satoshis. This is easier to read and interpret than 0.00000001 BTC.
A similar overview for Plinko and Crash would be very helpfull.

etc.
