if it hurts the network, it hurts delegates and people who vote as well who have a stake, which is why we have so many backup delegates to quickly get rid of any issues

different gateways are hosted by different people, they have contact info visible for them. openledger gateway has an email for example. additionally, openledger has a telegram for chat in OP.

There's no reward unless you're a witness (validating blocks)

best way to get rewards in bts (if you're not a witness) are referral links

proxy helps smart people vote for smart things to keep chain worth more
