Do not judge a bounty from its allocation, now it is very difficult to find a good bounty. Big allocation is not a guarantee we will get big results. If the project is good, the allocation is small, the results we can get will be big.

You are right, I think they have received tokens from the projects and are keeping them in their wallets. Sure, the bounty hunter will get the token but I'm worried about the price, it will probably crash many times because I see they have no liquidity.

I guess you must have known the risk of a bounty hunter with token payment.

Cartesi token is listed on 5 different exchanges, six to seven is over exaggerated, the project did so very well because of the team, I heard that the bounty manager always make sure that bounty hunters get paid unless the project failed, bubbalex is a good bounty manager.
No Manager can guarantee that the project will pay bounty hunters, even if it fails. This can only happen if the coins are deposited to the Manager's account to pay for work in the bounty before the program starts. But if the project fails, the price of such coins will be zero.

The Cartesi team has kept to the promise of bounty distribution after first 30 days of listing. The distribution which is going to be in three batches have started with the first released to hunters personal wallet. This is the first of its kind after 2017/18 as scam has taken over bounty hunting since then.

Now, within one month of listing in binance, cartesi has been listed in about 6/7 more exchanges. Of course they say if it is good, it will be sort after.

Perhaps you haven't joined bounty long enough, because every year a number of projects listed on Binance launch bounty programs. And for a big project like Cartesi, it's normal to pay bounty hunters such money.
