I spoke with Jake, the name has been decided. I'm not sharing it publicly for now because, you know, legal stuff and all. My offer still exist though, PM your email and I'll send you the document about it. I don't want to keep you in the dark.
So you cannot make up new words, etc.?
You can make up new words, it's not a problem (I did it with a previous business project). International trademarks like Wal-Mart or Best Buy are also protected. Name related to culture can also be used (like chinese restaurant). The law is mostly to make french as the default language for any business in Québec, especially for generic terminology, like "embassy".
But like I said, we have a name. We are still interested for your input on other subjects!
