I will gladly accept that if we are meant for that year, but I believe we will not be left out this year, I mean we will surely see some decent recovery
and that will lead to a price increase compared to last year. An increase is price is good for the market, though our expectation will not happen but we still plenty of time to see it fulfilled, we need to see a more stable increase as it's stronger.

In such dump conditions who will begin invest a quite enough sum in crypto? I think it's not possible. Tax is not the main reason to dump or anything else. At 2018 we don't see noticeable growth in May. If tax is so important why this fact did not work a year ago?

The price hasn't rise yet based on your expectation, but it would not rise instantly.
Bull run means a long term increase until the market will recover to its good standing, now it seems it has started but we can't bee to confident
yet as in our mind, the last years long bear period is still fresh, we have to believe and move one because market change and this could be the time.
