Is there an update for Mac wallet? You see, I've been away for like couple of months and notice that my wallet wasn't syncing correctly. I got 9 connections and the last block was generated a minute ago but it says that I have yet to catch up about 6k blocks. Does it mean that for about a minute there were 6k blocks generated or there is something wrong with my wallet?

The latest Vault is 2.4.1; if you have this version then you are up to date, if not then you should install this version please...

oh, that explains it then. I'm still running 2.3.4 vault. Thanks VonSpass

The new site looks great Smiley  Good to know the team is still here for CBX.
But its concerning that we have lost over 50% of the nodes that were present before the hard fork, now just 15 connections, when there was over 35 pre fork.  Undecided
...

You're probably looking at CryptoID info. I'm not sure it's accurate. I have been running two wallets for more than 24 hours now and they still don't show up either in the nodes list or the geo-location map (and yes, my staked blocks do appear in the block explorer correctly). As of now, it still shows the exact same 15 connections (nodes) as yesterday.
Actually, I pasted those nodes in my .conf file and I only get 2 of those to connect (and 2 is the number of connections I'm also getting :-/).

Does this means there will be delay in sending Receiving CBX from wallet to Wallet or from Wallet to exchanges ?
I thought Hardfork may have better effects on staking.

This should not affect transaction speeds or staking ability. I just think the info at CryptoID is not reflecting the network as it is currently.

Is CBX on any online staking wallets?

Sadly, at this time CBX is not part of an online staking service; it is an important item on our to-do list though.

Thank you Digit; also we have made a slight revamp of the OP of this thread, which is still ongoing. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bullion-cbx-the-digital-precious-metal-2019-roadmap-published-951753

It would have been better if the hard fork occured when majority of stakers agreed to it, similar to how bigger blocks proposals with bitcoin required something like 75% of last 1000 blocks to be from miners using the modified bitcoin version.   this would mean a smoother transition without the loss of significant number of participants on the network.  anyway something to consider for any future hardforks.

Also I would ask that there is alot more discussion and proposals regarding anything "Crypto2.0" then just a poll., imho most of them are just for hype ("its not bitcoin") and do not actually solve anything that needs solving in a decentalized P2P crypto currency. whereas PoSP has already provided a working solution to encourage more decentralization and increase participation in the network.  Some of these Crypto2.0 are already using over 50GB to store their blockchain in the short time they have existed and grows at rates of over 10GB/month, (eg Ethereum), as greater demands on resources (storage, bandwidth, energy etc).  This type of blockchain will surpass the requirements of even Bitcoin soon and would discourage or even make impossible for the little guy wherever in the world they are from "participating" in the network.

I really love this site. Also CBX prices at exchange are increasing with everyday.  This is good for CBX overall and of course for the people who are investing in CBX.

I must say if you want to invest in CBX buy it now from  https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=CBX_BTC.
The price will soon cross 50000 SAT, so buy it now for good profits later.

New look for the official CBX website!

The official Crypto Bullion website, http://cryptobullion.io/, has been down for some time now; we were updating it to a new and more actual design.

It is ready now: please come take a look! We will keep it updated with all current CBX information as we have always done.

Also, I would like to report that Cryptopia and Yobit have updated their internal CBX software and it is safe now to send and withdraw from both these exchanges. Cryptomic.com is still pending.

Focus on CBX!

This is a Great News for CBX lover. The site is worth looking at.  Any chance of restarting the CBX Signature Campaign to further enchance and permote CBX ?

Yes! The signature campaign will be restarted with next project... stay tuned

The New Valut is quick and fast too. Its really good to see CBX doing some good work to re-gain the popularity. Now i think they need to focus on Price. The Hardfork and new wallet has not any affect on CBX price and it is trading at the same old price.

Yes my new CBX Vault is running pretty well too; regarding CBX price, we can see that the Devs are making a great job at keeping the CBX software up to date, but it's our job to go and buy some, as supporters; since we want price to rise, especially when CBX is being sold so cheap.

Just a reminder the Crypto Bullion 2.4.1 hard fork will take place in a few hours; I can see there are still some old 2.3 Vaults running on the network - those will not be able to connect to the CBX network in a few hours... please update to 2.4.1

Focus on CBX!!!   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

is the new wallet working? i'm still on 2.3 (hadn't noticed the update incoming) but the bulls are staking like mad! wassup? in the last 24 hrs the vault has been staking at ~25x the usual rate

New CBX Vault is running like a charm; if you are still on the old 2.3.x network your Vault will be staking between you and the few still on the old fork at a high rate but all these gains will be erased when you update to the new official fork - the sooner you update the better!
