I've had trouble with my old Vista computer but now took the .dat and installed 2.4.1 with bootstrap on Windows 10. Worked like a charm, just syncing up.

Just a reminder the Crypto Bullion 2.4.1 hard fork will take place in a few hours; I can see there are still some old 2.3 Vaults running on the network - those will not be able to connect to the CBX network in a few hours... please update to 2.4.1

is the new wallet working? i'm still on 2.3 (hadn't noticed the update incoming) but the bulls are staking like mad! wassup? in the last 24 hrs the vault has been staking at ~25x the usual rate

If you just installed it and are running the Vault for the first time, the Vault has a tendancy to connect slowly the first time. Please do not forget to install the bootstrap, or syncing will take a long time. Get latest Bootstrap here
If you want to speed the connection process up, here is the page in the block explorer where you can get the latest nodes:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/cbx/#!network (click on nodes list next to 2.4.1)
The nodes list that pops up is ready for you to copy and paste in a text document, cryptobullion.conf, which should be saved in /Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/CryptoBullion/
I have no trouble with the New Wallet and it Sync well. And this CBX Coin going a long term investment. Any coin wont pump when some greedy and scared to loss traders is on the way and no investors at CBX is afraid.

CBX is a sweet first generation crypto with the perfect specs to achieve outstanding returns. Nothing is wrong with CBX per se; it's the market that is distracted by so many other choices.
I am telling people to focus on Crypto Bullion; if people sell whatever frivolous coins they have and realise they won't achieve outstanding gains with BTC and turn to buy CBX, we will be fine.
This is why I am telling people to let go of all hopeless coins and some BTC to buy CBX.
Also, there are projects with CBX coming down the line that will change the whole crypto landscape.

How is that possible? Magic? ^^No magic lol!
First we have noticed that the block timing was generating blocks historically slower than the targetted 65 seconds upon which the yearly 2% is calculated - so for this aspect we simply made a readjustment.
Second, the tx fees that were destroyed previously will now be awarded to block winner - this does not create inflation either, as these CBX were already existing. Tx fees are essential to avoid spamming, but these tx fees did not have to be destroyed for the health of the network!
Therefore, whatever high percentage yield your staking was paying you before, you will earn even more after the Fork and the low inflation profile of Crypto Bullion is maintained.

We have found a glitch in the version 2.4.0 that causes errors when sending CBX to a given address;
do not use Vault 2.4.0 to send CBX - Vault 2.3.4 still works perfecty to send CBX at this time.
We will update to version 2.4.1 very soon.
Version 2.4.1 is available now, with this issue fixed.
Old one will work until the hard fork occurs so update before then please.
