In my honest opinion I think its always a good time to invest, as long as its long term!
Just invest and be patient.
If you are doubting about the situation then its not the best time for anyone to invest but if we see something good and want to invest at the moment for sure that would be the best time to spend some money and wait for long term to see a good result, also we need to have a good patience to earn quite positive result.
