We already HAVE a unit converter. Its a chat command !cv 1 bit to btc or !cv 100 satoshi to bits. It works, people are just lazy.
arrallmuus, I didn't say I couldn't understand what bits are, I said I didn't understand why anyone thought inventing new (overloaded) names for a particular fraction of a bitcoin was a good idea. As I scanned the thread, it seemed like this has come up in the past.

A gambling websites first job is to attract gamblers , get more people to wager even more. If you give an option of btc,satoshi,mbtc,bits whatever you can find. Thats extra work for the website owner but at least it is a way to attract more people.
I dont really see how giving the option of btc, satoshi, mbtc and bits will attract more people to come? by all means, moneypot itself is an attraction already, unique gameplay that you wont find in any other gambling sites and not to mention it is really addictive
I agree, I'd be surprised if a unit converter attracted many people. However, it would be quite trivial to implement and in my opinion, quite necessary if the default is to use non-standard units instead of BTC, Satoshi or some SI prefix thereof.

Yah, if you look back in this thread, there are a bunch of people who are totally confused by this "bits" lingo. I've seen it in a few places and I personally find it pretty dumb. Why some people think it's a good idea to add the confusion of renaming a particular fraction of bitcoin I have no idea.

To make it more understandable
1 bit = 100 satoshis, that is nothing weird with it and its has been used in quite few sites, 100 satoshis is worthless now, by then when a satoshi could be worth some more, the used of bits could be more popular
PS : if you havent tried, then you must try it, beware of addiction

MoneyPot makes it easy with it's own built in converter... Why people are not using it.. is beyond me. 
If you start using Satoshi's the bigger numbers will become confusing for some players.... Bits enables to make more sensible bets with less big numbers.
I have to say, they are open to suggestions and they implement some of the ideas players ask for.
Still hoping they could implement a "shortcut key" for payout... The mouse action gets a bit tedious.

Now if a website says , do whatever you want to do , we will keep using bits. That website MIGHT lose some attraction to people, tough moneypot makes that up by getting more and more popular everyday.
Since this many people are bothered with bits and the ones that has no problem adjusting wouldn't mind. Isn't it high time moneypot start using satoshi/btc , at least try it for a while and see which one gets less problems?

I dont see this to be an issue, everyone were once not farmilar with ubtc or mbtc aswell, but we take our time to learn about this, if you take your time to actually learn and understand this , this wont be an issue anymore

Bits make sense with the way the multiplier works in this game. Also the "bunch of people" was really only Sed, who has the intelligence of a kindergartener. Its really just base 10 and honestly once you get used to doing the calculation in your head bits are a lot more enjoyable

You guys talking about that 1.01x strategy. That is SUPER bad, as in really really really bad. As someone that has been here for almost 6 months, I can say that I have seen many streaks where its either crashes on 0x or 1x 3 times in a row. Hell I've even seen a 5x with those numbers. Please do not do this strategy, especially with 1.1 btc. Unless you feel like donating money to Ryan this is a bad idea.
