September 15th is coming  Cheesy  Beware!!!!!!!!!!!  Shocked

What's on the 15th?

That's the day Sonny Vleisides' probation ends, imposed upon him via a judge, plus the only $100 USD fine, for fleecing hundreds of millions of dollars from the elderly with his 15 year running lottery scam. He was never charged with the fleecing of tens of millions of dollars with this Laissez Faire City scam with his Daddy-O, James Ray Houston, or with his ongoing sportsbook schemes with his partner Jeffrey Ownby who, by the way, is currently selling off the Costa Rican property the LFCity investors have been looking for for the past couple decades, of which I've found and linked, but Jeff Ownby cleverly scrubbed the listings off the internet.

But, chances are that I'm 100% mistaken, and all the BFL players are performing above board, either way...

GAME ON!

That's gonna be interesting.  The penalty for fraud while on probation is much more serious than if you're not.  I hope then that I'll get my rigs by the 15th.  Unlikely but one can hope.  Lets see if feb jalapeños fly as quickly as jan. I'm guessing no, but I hope I'm wrong.
February should really go as fast as January, it's not until March that the quantity of orders took a huge upswing.

That's what I thought but then last night I checked the update and they were only on feb 2nd.  So they supposedly worked all weekend and then all day yesterday and only moved like 2 days on the jalapeños.

For January they were moving 7-10 days in 1 single day, so I'm not sure what happened.

Since you've got the thread on Bitcointalk, there's no need to have one here.

I smell a cover up.

That's Josh for you.  I can't believe they haven't muzzled this guy yet.  He's a walking liability.  He's a walking market share destroyer.

If I were Cointerra I'd pay for Josh to keep doing what he's doing cause he's turning away more future customers than anyone on any forum or blog.

The fact you're a paying customer for BFL and have been waiting for over 6 months gives you the right to post on their blog.  That what their blog is for. The fact he shut you down instead of resolving your issue, on way or another, means BFL has no intention to change their attitude or approach and thus will become insolvent next year when KNC, Cointerra, etc steals their most loyal customer base.

Caution:  do not place any high ticket Monarch orders with BFL.  Odds are that's where the musical chairs stop and the Ponzi scheme ends.  Thanks for the massive preorders with no chance of refunds since they wised up and eliminated PayPal.  Be glad if you receive your jalapeños.

My guess is they'll ship those out to stay out of prison.  It looks good on paper to say we shipped thousands of units and well, we ran out of funds due to new technology upgrades and unforeseen competition which greatly squeezed our profit margins.

Not only will they not get prosecuted but they will never pay anyone a dime back cause they'll file Bankruptcy.

Take your jalapeños and RUN!

Don't worry, when BFL files bankruptcy, Sonny Vleisides' good friend Johann Gevers will haddle the liquidation process just like he did here: http://web.archive.org/web/20030603182935/http://www.lfcfa.com/founders/index.html

Oddly enough, all the real real estate in Costa Rica that was purchased through Laissez Faire City never showed up on the audit and nobody knew where it was until I discovered that Jeff (Jeffrey) Ownby is currently in the process of selling it. Sadly, the links I provided in the thread on this forum no longer work due to Jeffrey Boy scrubbing the internet.

If what I stated above is false, may a giant dick be stuck up my ass and a long, juicy dark one tickle my tonsils--AT THE SAME TIME!

Well, how hard is it to download an AMD 6990 or 7990 GPU pic and slap some BFL logos on it and move the fan to the rear?

The Monarch pictures are obviously CAD renders, and not photos so I don't know what you are suggesting.

As a side issue the AMD 7970 GHz and several other video cards have the fan at the rear, so it's already a proven cooling technique.

I look at BFL's Monarch card as the following statement in their own mind:

"We need to get a piece of the pie that all other ASIC vendors are trying to get so let's slap a photoshopped image together post it on our website and put a nice price and date of delivery on it and the customers are surely to come to us and not our competition. Did I mention we still need to spam google ads still?"

Anyone buying this card will likely lose money on their investment (in BTC terms).

Wouldn't it be safe to assume that most customers of BFL at this point are going to lose money considering they can't easily get refunds and switch to a competitor, nor have most of the customers received their products to mine with? Love to see that infographic.

I don't believe BFL customers who are still waiting and want a refund CAN'T get a refund.

Just because BFL says there are no refunds doesnt mean they can collect customer funds and string them along for an indefinite amount of time.

Usually the squeaky wheel gets attention. Hint: Be aggressive and loud with the right people if you want a refund.

Learning the troll avoidance button :)
That's one of the points I've made before.. BFL should provide something in return for the delay. I've had some products delayed to me before and the vendor--as a measure of good faith--issued me coins to cover the time lapse. That was fair and decent. BFL could do the same since they have some 500GH units burning steam, or they could throw in extra hashing.

*Could*

They'll continue to remain around as long as folks send them money.

Monarchy Chip Credits lol
Hmm could you use them on the monarch I'm not really paying attention to BFL lol
