how many projects got abandoned by their developer team because of this extreme bear market? and how many start-ups went bankrupt this year and fired almost half of their staff because of this?

We should buy the Altcoins when i think it is safe because they may not be discounted anymore. On the coinmarketcap the Altcoins are recovering and the greenback is back in the 3 days.May be we should buy coins which are top 20.

I just want to suggest investing in an altcoin on old coins only because they have been quite successful in developing the projects planned on the roadmap, rather than new coins that have not been proven to be potential for future development.

Yeah buying old altcoins might be a little safer because it avoids the risk of scam or death of that coin. but is old altcoins still have the potential to rise high? like the new altcoin have? because honestly the new altcoin has great potential to rise very high?

Holding altcoins for the long term only works if you are holding good altcoins, many make the mistake of buying an altcoin that no one knows and hold it for years even when the altcoin is not giving any signal that it will go up and that is a mistake, if you want to buy altcoins with small market caps you can do it but at the first sign of problems you need to sell them.
