The BBQ was a smashing success.  Everyone had a great time, and there were several shout outs on twitter.

More to follow, just gathering as many photos from teh party as possible.

I'm throwing a bluecoin proof of steak BBQ tomorrow night.  We're using all Paul's beef (other then a few kosher steaks for kosher inclined).  It's going to be quite a bash and there will be tons of pictures of both teh party and the meat and prep, along with recipes and taste test results.

Looking forward to making this one awesome!  If anyone is in NY drop my a line and I will let you know if we still have spots left.

P med the op and made a deal for a starter package, beef was shipped on the day specified and arrived today still frozen. Luckily it arrived 20 minutes before I had to leave for work. I Took It All Out AND Put It In the freezer and I'm very exited to try it out.

Overall great seller and would do buisness with again! I will refer others to him as well. Communication was simply, swift, and thorough.

can you  please clear me. Is your company providing shipping service to Asia  if yes please tell me also in which country you provides service in Asia  . this is a very important thing to me to clear before order for beef meat .
often, there are laws prohibiting shipping meat between countries. The distance to Asia would make shipping frozen meat to Asia very expensive. However I could ship dried jerky meat if your country's laws allow it. If you send me a message regarding where you want it shipped, I will investigate the laws regarding shipping dried jerky there.
thank you for your interest

some country in asia accept dry goods from other country with just a little amount of them however the only thing that is not allowed is to ship out some dry good from asia to somewhere i.e usa europe or middle east so it would be ok to shipped your dry goods

may i know from which country in asia you'r from?

It is definitely doable if you live close to the border and can cross to go pick it up.  I am close enough that I buy some of my groceries in the US.  We sometimes pick up turkeys when they go on sale.  You just need to keep your meat order under 20 Kilograms.

I have read that Canada has strict laws about meat imports. I am not sure about jerky though. I will try to find out.

Thanks tried a quick search but couldn't be sure myself kept getting wishy washy answers to it so thanks for trying to find out best be safe.
If your traveling apparently its 20KG but mail shipping it from the USA is a question mark.

I went to place a first time order and noticed no T-bones on the price list. Are these available? If not, I'll just grab some extra ribeyes and sirloins instead. Also, please remember to let us know when the jerky is available.
.   I don't currently have T bones but if there is interest, I certainly can get some T Bones nest time . I have two steers going in on August 13. that meat will be ready early Sept. If anyone wants T bones, or any other cut not currently offered, let me know and I will get it.
I am getting about 50 lb of jerky made also it will be ready late Sept. It comes in 4 oz packages. Anyone interested in preordering please let me know so I can set enough aside for you.

I might be interested in the jerky since the meat might not make it to Canada because the ice almost melted reading back a while ago and that was just in the USA.
Jerky however has a bit of a longer lifespan so I'm curious if those can be shipped up North  Wink
