There is no min limit for the TIME tokens.

ChronoMint: upcoming features
Weโve recently made a new release for the ChronoMint wallet, introducing many key features. In this post, weโd like to share a little about the next series of additions to this app.
The last ChronoMint wallet update saw a series of features added to our core software. These included new login options, including private key directly or from Trezor/Ledger; support for bitcoin transactions using the same login credentials; multi-sig for TIME tokens; and voting based on TIME token ownership. For upcoming releases, weโll be adding a number of further features.
Token functions
In the last release we implemented support for TIME token storage and transfers. In forthcoming updates, we will be extending this further to offer more powerful and versatile token functions.
ChronoMint is designed, first and foremost, as a Labour Hour token (LH) management platform. LH are ERC20 tokens, and we have decided to make the ability to mint them available to anyoneโโโsince companies in countries that do not yet have existing LH tokens will need them. Additionally, businesses may find it useful to create loyalty points or other forms of bonus that they will distribute to workers and other stakeholders.
We will therefore implement the ability to create and issue ERC20 tokens. Since ChronoBank will also offer a decentralised exchange, this functionality will also give users the ability to hold their own crowdsales, and for investors to trade them after distribution. This will provide a highly attractive and user-friendly alternative to traditional means of holding tokensales on Ethereum, as well as allowing businesses to mint company-specific tokens.
Bitcoin Cash
In the last iteration, we included support for BTC. Users can login and have access to their ETH, ERC20 tokens and bitcoin, using the same credentials. We will also be adding Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to ChronoMint, following the example set by many large exchanges and wallet services. This will make ChronoMint a kind of multi-wallet that will allow users to store and send Ether, Ethereum tokens and BTC/BCH.
Additional features
We are continuing to make improvements to the standalone desktop and mobile apps. We will also be issuing rewards to users who hold TIME tokens in their ChronoWallets in the form of Labour Hour (LH) tokens. The aim is to incentivise users to move their tokens off exchanges. As well as being vital for security, given the number and frequency of hacks and thefts from centralised crypto exchanges, this will help to take TIME off the market and increase the price of the token.
Lastly, we will continue to offer bounty rewards programmes for translators and for community members who draw our attention to replicable bugsโโโand, if possible, provide the fixes for them.
Hopefully, the community will appreciate that this wide-ranging functionality will make ChronoMint of use far beyond the ChronoBank ecosystem itselfโโโnot least from crypto holders who want to issue their own tokens and store BTC/BCH easily. As ever, if you have any feedback, please let us know.

I was browsing coinmarketcap and saw that Chronobank was at number 179.
I remember seeing signature banner all over for the ICO. How much did they raise?
