Wink my point is: Buying an ETF WITH bitcoin and NOT with Fiat money. Current state is that I have to change my btc into fiat to buy an ETF Sad
There is no legal route to do so yet, but that time may come eventually. I am not aware of an unregistered platform allowing you to invest in legacy instruments using Bitcoin, but I would stay far away from them.

Regulators are very strict in this field and whenever they shut down such platforms you'll likely lose all your funds, which they then auction off for their own benefit. That's how things go here.

I'm not sure what ETF you plan to buy, but it makes more sense to hold your Bitcoin now the sentiment is improving on a weekly basis. Also, the potential returns through an ETF are peanuts compared the the returns Bitcoin yields.

Hey friend, I think we dont should worry about ETFs, because Bitcoin will still be able to get the green light without ETFs, so don't worry about that, and we don't have to buy ETFs with bitcoin, let's see in the years 2017 ago bitcoin reached its peak without help from ETFs,

Meanwhile I didnt find any solution to invest with Bitcoin.. do you?

Moreover one question about bitpay: is it right that I can use bitpay as creditcard? So I could pay nearly everything in bitcoin directly from my bitypay wallet, right?

This is the best I could search for it.

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/03/new-funds-offer-indirect-exposure-to-blockchain-and-bitcoin-but-buyer.html

Try searching mutual funds or equities that are accepting bitcoin if you cannot find any using ETF.
ETF letters are so broad and you will a lot of items at google which is not you are looking for. Try using specific keywords.

Good luck.

But I really wonder why there is (/seems to be) NO single broker out there which offers to buy ETFs or share certificates even with bitpay?! Cant believe that :/(

It's called regulations.

In each country of the world you have this kind of regulation?!

Largest and most desired stocks are on the U.S markets, and the US regulations applies on all market participants, including investors no matter where they're from.
There is one more problem, there is a very low or no demand for stock trading or investing using BTC or other cryptos.
Finally, even if you find EUR/APPL markets, they're likely CFDs

Still Bitcoin ETF is not implemented through SEC so i think right now you cannot buy ETF through bitcoin only fiat currency. We all are waiting for the implementation of Bitcoin ETF from SEC, once it is confirmed then only you can trade ETF throgh Bitcoin till then only fiat currency only option is their.

There is that ABRA wallet looking to offer stock and ETF trading payable in btc.

but what ETF are you talking about specifically ? Bitcoin ETF ?
He mentioned he is not looking to buy Bitcoin ETF but he is looking to invest in ETF in general. So he is looking for a website where you can invest in ETF with bitcoin.
So true, thx for pointing that out!

Apart from ETF, is there any possibility to buy share certificates via bitcoin? I will take a look an ABRA.

You can try to find a broker that accept BTC. But frankly speaking it will still work the same way as if you just sold your BTC and fund your account with fiat. They are probably using something like BitPay and will still require you to pass X circles of KYC verification but you might get a lower exchange rate or some extra fees for exchanging your crypto.

Thx for your answers!

I am no native speaker so I think I confused some of you.

What I want: I want to invest into an ETF (exchange-traded fund) with my Bitcoins. So no bitcoin-etf, only the payment should be in bitcoin.

Hello guys,

is it possible to buy an ETF with bitcoin, I mean to pay it in bitcoin without changing BTCs in fiat and pay with fiat?

For your knowledge, An Exchange-Traded Fund or ETF is a fund that is traded on a stock market. So, please clarify what are you meaning by the ETF because you are saying to buy ETF. You can use Bitcoin directly to buy anything where is accepted.
