In this current time the best thing to do is hold because the bitcoin is in it's low price and the remaining coins got affected.
If we are in the business market for the present time then it is good to have the patience for the holding because the currency market is very volatile and it is very difficult for us to complete knowledge of the market but if we buy and then we sell at low then it is a big loss for us it is good to hold it for the future then may we have received some of the profit through this.
All the crypto are in a very sensitive condition because if some one lose hope for bitcoin then the altcoin will also be affected because of this situation.

Selling bitcoins with the lowest value till you bought it is like giving your capital to someone freely. Better to hold on and wait than to sell with lesser than the usual value. It is a matter of time and if you have patience probably, you can gain more!

i was holding bitcoin 3 years ago and sold it at 19,500 as it reached the highest price possible on that phase, now that bitcoin drop the price and people are getting panic it is time for me to buy and hold. people get to nervous with bitcoin price they just see the pump and can't accept the dip. Didn't they notice that when bitcoin fall, after that it rises more than triple it fall? if you are new on this community you will be same like others cutting the rope to get out of bitcoin but if you are on these for such a long time i know that you will buy more and never sell.

If you buy bitcoin in a price of $19k then it would be better to hold and wait for the price to reach higher than $19k before you decide to sell. For now it is in low price so if you still want to invest, do it now while it is low.

If you really want to earn and to gain a profit with the used of your invested money , you should definitely take time to analyze the price of bitcoin or any other form of crypto with used of graph or exchanger and do day trading or trading that could help you to earn little by little. True, no one wants the losing of money but there are times that we need our money and the price is low so we have no choice to sell in low price. But if you have another source of income, be smart, we need to be patient and wait the right time for the right price. And be sure that the coin you hold have potential to increase the price. Well, I think the moment it reached 19000 USD, it is already a good choice to sell. But it os jist that we don't really know when corrections or downfalls will take place. But for now, since the market value is low, investing and holding will be the best to do until the market price of Bitcoin fully recover from the dumps recently. it is probably too late to sell after holding since the 19000$ correction.
Why on earth will somebody "buy high just to sell low"? Anybody on his/her right state of mind wouldn't even think of doing that, i'm just saying. If you were hodling bitcoin now, you hold your horses and stay focus. It will surely make it's way high up that ladder again.

As the old one said in my country, buy low, sell high, buy again when low. But don't spend on all of your cash, spend the same amount of cash on your first buy.
But on the current price, buy a lot of coins when it still on the red bars, HODL, and close your PC to avoid being stressed out
You will know the prices information. If get the informarion then easy to handle the process. If prices is low buy the coin and hold it. Prices is high you sell it. So before you sell and buy the coin check the market prices. Then you will invest. So plan work and proces. It connect the all country people. So people share more information for the future growth and improve the business process.

I do think that one should.. do an addition of both.. since it's very fluctuating thus .. it's advisable to... Not hold for that long when it has already exceeded the values many folds.. it's always harmful to hold for a longer period is what I think .. because.. even now .. I choosed to keep my coins through the high time and after the correction am at a loss.
