Even if he has sufficient amount to cover the cost of the phone, without an escrow someone is likely going to be scammed.
@Rago there is no one who will be willing to buy it for you unless you send first or use an escrow . No one is stupid enough to risk 6K INR hoping that you would end up paying.

Put your coins in escrow- when you have the right amount that is.
