If you have a money and want to invest for future than it's a good time to invest in this digital market but make one thing in mind that it's always a riksy as other so don't think anything 100 percent, i suggest to invest and than hold.
I think it is much better to buy now and let just let your coin sit and wait for the moment of increase. Since the price of the coins are indeed low, you can buy more and increase your portfolio. It would be a waiting game after that. Let’s just HODL.

Down trend still continues until now, we don't know when prices will go up. If you are a long-term investor then this is the best time to buy so far I think because all the coins are very cheap now. So long-term investors should buy as much as they can for the future to make good profits.
I prefer waiting since I think that crypto will still go down and hasn't reach its reverse peak. If you will buy now the profit is not as greater as you wait. Or if you want to buy in fractions, it is also good strategy and it is a safe play for me in case on the coin's price will not going down anymore.

Do both buy now because the price is cheaper then wait until the price increase again. Also buying right is good because you can bought it in much cheaper price but the only thing you need to worry is you need to wait for the rising and sometimes it take time before it rise, but once it rise surely give you good profit.
I hope that the market will no longer subside. So I think that the near future will be the most suitable for the purchase of coins!

I agree with your thoughts that we should buy top 20 coins which are available at very low price but everyone's thinking is different from one other. Some persons says wait for a while, on the other hand some persons says it is he best time, so buying condition is totally depend on persons thinking.
But according to me current scenario is absolutely accurate for buying coins at this price but simultaneously i also thinks that it is also some risky because market condition is in front of everyone and we does not know market will grow tomorrow or it takes a long time.
So that i think if we want to earned huge profits in near future, then definitely we should investing in our favorite coins at this price dip.

If you have the money capital now and you have a strong faith in cryptocurrency , you can invest now or buy coins that you think is stable in the market and can survive for longer time then you go buying and make profits out of it, just manage them properly and securely.
