when you do trading, do you always think about this, "buy some, sell some, hold some."

Selling or holding your coins will be always depending on the state of the market, if the market price is pumping then you should sell your coins while dumping time means holding or invest even more.

when the market is in the pumping period it is better to hold still because the potential of the market to have a great price is currently starting to the point then there will be a small dump you should not be bluff when that moment happens that is the characteristic of pumping for a good value like last year.

No I absolutely sell all my belongings if I feel like it. Actually a method that has been passed down from traders to traders a method that could control your feelings and lessen the burden you will face to limit a range of your loss and wins both can be optional limit it to 30% win a d 20% loss range of your money.
target price and cut loss price are ideally for every trader, I also don't sell some, because I usually hold on my whole coin and sold it when it hit my target price. Don't sell some if you cause the fees might kill your profit later on, or it will just really depend on your trading skills and techniques.

As for me, I sell all that is what i think has the least potential coin but i hold most of the coins which i believe that has real projects and people. Much better if we trade short, medium and long term which will give us more experience in trading. Buy some that you believe that you can profit, Sell some when you you already profited then Hold some for more profits in the future.
That thing would need a good learning knowledge in every altcoin or what are you buying. Because not all is good for short, long and hodling. Before buying some and some amounts bear in mind to have a knowledge in every coin you are trying to buy.

no, why need to sell anyways if you want to hold?  i think  you're talking about doing day trading and hodling for long run as well at the same time.'cause honestly that's not the basic method about doing trading , wherein the common strategy  is bid low and sell high .
When I trade I split my investment in different coins like bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple etc. it is the best way to continue with the market. I never put all my money in one coin. It is very risky and slitting your investment in different coins will reduce your risk level and you will be mentally relaxed if the price of one coin drops. Buying, selling and holding depend on the price.

It's based on our situation.Just consider,we have some bitcoin and need money for mother's medical expenses. We will automatically sell the holding bitcoin to cure our mother illness.Money is to live our life comparable. If you keep the holding bitcoin and borrow money from others. It's no use for holding.
It is in normal routine for a trader, he buy bitcoin when the price is low, and sell it when he realize that if he will sell he can get some profit, and try to hold if the price is dropping, and even like to spend if he feel some money, so he has to take different decision in different situation, and he apply all these strategies.

when trading we should be able to find opportunities to be able to get a profit and buy at the right moment then hold and sell when it gets a profit, so that is commonly done by traders

Yes if I think buying and selling is a way to preserve capital in the market today. The market has always been one big card. I have heard of such a strategy to sell some after the coin rises in the market.

yes it is the right trading step, and you should not always sell before you can get a profit, and when you buy but doubt or do not know whether to ride or not then just buy some first do not use all your trading capital.

Technically speaking, this is how we suppose to handle our bitcoins. When we buy, we have to sell some for continuous earning, and then keep holding the majority for future trading. For the meantime, we also have to give value for every coins that we have. Once we dispose some coins, try to buy right away to replace it. Nevertheless, we will be stagnant and shall wait for a long time.

I believe in the habit of regularly writing in a journal about trading activity. With a journal it is easier to revert back to any thoughts and emotions when the coins were initially purchased, and also gives a benchmark for what the original intent was for those coins. In the journal also set goals with percentages or dollar amount goals.

Without these techniques it is basically like flying by the seat of your pants, and instead of having logic in control of your trading account, an emotional roller coaster takes the wheel.

Yes I also do this but I have some or even sell everything. Depending on the atmosphere and of course, it depends on how the market stance for a few weeks or even more. We have heard of such a strategy to sell some after the coin rises
Yeah I think it will depend on some things. we know that the situation and market conditions change and that will make your choice and strategy different. other than that your courage in taking risks will also affect your choice. for example if you dare. you can allocate more to buy and hold

I believe it is a good strategy to reduce the level of risks and losses. While other market is not generating good profit, then there's nothing to worry, because the other one is generating positive returns. However, you also need to familiarize how to apply this strategy appropriately. You still need to learn more and explore, because market is not always on our favorable side, so it's important to have a back up plan and set of strategies.
Yes I agree on that. We really need a great strategy to avoid some losses on this huge down market. And I believe that holding is the most effective strategy today. Because selling in the middle of this huge dip is a big losses if the price will rise and back to normal again. So I suggest everyone to have more faith and hold.

Well it is great if you are still in a position to earn by selling your coins. I believe one should not actually sell when the market is red and should rather hold because when the price of an asset falls and in the same time the demand for that asset decreases as the people sell it, the asset is actually outdated and outshined by its counterparts so the experts do not normally suggest selling however due to low prices, buying is a good strategy because in future when the market will be green, the marginal benefit will rise high.

In trading, I usually think that I will buy some Altcoin that I like and the potential Altcoin. I will not be selling anything until I reach certain milestones that I set before buying. Do not rush to look at numbers because time will change everything.

As for me, that wouldn't be so effective if you really want to maximize your gain. It is better to stick on a single decision if you want a bigger profit. I think the best thing to do for now to to hodl and just sell when the bull market comes. Just have patience, just sell if you are really in need.
