We can guarantee that we will add psychical cards within 1-2 months, and the reloadable card will be back within days We are already working on to update our platform already. Sometimes it takes already a second to issue cards now because of the demand, so we are upgrading.

I think that something like this, especially done from start, maybe with an deposit to the escrow just in case, could have been getting you more customers and less complains about virtual/possible future problems.
