I think the idea of buying a house with bitcoin is a very good thing, we all know that house prices are very expensive and if using cash or bank transfer it takes a long time so I would be happy if I could buy a house with bitcoin.
It is not impossible to buy a house using bitcoin if the seller accepts bitcoin currency or you may convert it to local currency. If the time comes that bitcoin will be widely accepted or the fiat money will be replaced by bitcoins, then there will be no problem in buying things using bitcoins.
I dont think you are going to find any seller that accepts payment in bitcoin for his house. There could be a very few people around the world that are selling their houses for bitcoin or cryptocurrencies but the chances are very low to be in your area and also you wouldn't like the house or wouldn't afford it.
Right may be just a little people who sell the house with bitcoin due to sell the house with bitcoin have the risk of loss if suddenly price bitcoin fell and eventually the value of her is not comparable with the price of the house

Yes, it's possible if both parties(buyer and seller) agreed to use Bitcoin as payment. It's hard to buy a House using a Bitcoin if the Seller doesn't have any idea about Bitcoin at all. Ofc you can buy a house with bitcoin, I'm preety sure that i've seen a few websites that lets you buy a property with bitcoin but i'm not sure how it works without a proper escrow.
If the owner of the house is accepting bitcoin then it's the best thing otherwise you can explain him how bitcoin work show him a few websites that accepts bitcoin. Probably then he'll change his mind.
Of course it sounds wonderful. But in my opinion it is better to hold bitcoin and buy hose with fiat money. Because the price of Bitcoin will rise minimum ten times next ten years.

I think we should fined an owner of the house who believe and have knowledge with bitcoin. Because if that is the situation, that is easy for us to buy. Nowadays many people with bitcoin but many also don't have a knowledge on it.
Well if the two parties have agreed on making a deal using btc, then i don't see why it can be a problem. I don't think governments would require to see the transaction taking place itself with fiat being exchanged. And btc p2p transactions are pretty much anonymous to track so i don't see why it can't happen
