Maybe because altcoins aren't really as established as bitcoins so drug dealers wouldn't really want to take them as payment. As someone else already said most dealers don't really want to get involved in anything other than fiat cash, some who deal online take bitcoins, maybe altcoins is stretching it a little too far.

I don't think someone would admit here that he's using bitcoin to buy drugs. Regardless of the mode of payment, you still bought drugs. If you dive into the deep web, there are surely people who are selling drugs. You could also check out reddit if you want a lot of choices and some reviews about the drugs you are buying. I've never bought drugs nor did I used it. I just check out stuffs about it as I found it fascinating.

In real life though, each drug user surely knows a drug dealer. He wouldn't have any drugs if he (or even a friend of him) wasn't able to buy one. Most drug dealers prefer fiat for sure except for those who sell online and want to remain anonymous.

I always smile when I hear mainstream people call BTC the ideal currency for the drug market and illegal activities. Actually cash is still the best payment method for drugs.
Bitcoin is not anonymous and problematic to use through TOR or Tails. So if you want to buy drugs like a hipster why don't you use altcoin more suitable for that task instead?

The sellers often have runners who will do the work like delivering the drugs for them so the sellers really have no problem except when the runers are caught and they do not have have much information about the supplier usually. There are many other tricks also very common for those suppliers to escape themselves.

there are different people like negative people use their all type currency, crypto or fiat for negative thing and other positive people are using their currency for positive thing and its not fault of bitcoin .

Its not even with BTC. Any currency can be used to buy drugs. Govt may oppose using drugs, but it may not stop you using your local currency. The reason why the government is not allowing bitcoin in almost many countries is the "fear" that the bitcoin may take over their local currency. Isn't it? Still we see btc movements around the countries. Nothing is going to stop btc from being used. Lets think out of box!!!

But those people are not able to think for themselves otherwise they would see, taht bitcoin is not the cause of this. This is a group of people, that bitcoin is not targeting so it is not to sad, that they will not you us. Those people will need to use bitcoin unknowingly by some service where bitcoin is used in the back and people are not aware.

With all of these bad press with bitcoin, am sure people will avoid Bitcoin because of the exploits and especially when bitcoin is used in buying illegal drugs. I never associated myself with illegal drugs because it will ruin one's life. And I haven't tried buying any drugs with bitcoin.

i also dont like bitcoins, though the possibility for people to buy drugs with bitcoins allows the price to go booming because more people buy it over time

Couldn't tell you for I don't experiment in those kind of drugs and never will poison myself in trying them for the sake of science.

It is a weapon of choice really. If you want to do bad with it you will if you want to do good with it you will. It is all up to the user. But that being said there are good drugs (that deafen chronic pain) and bad drugs (that make people do stupid and crazy things). So you have to pick your poison as some would say when it comes to drugs.
