that´s happen to me month ago and more than one time! i try to tell some users who asking for profitability of their "cloud mining" before they stop it. i tell there is no chance to make profit - and then i was banned ...
i´ll never use cex again. there are much better alternatives!

You may open ticket and we will review Your chat log and explain what was a reason for ban and then remove Your ban. If You allow us - we will post Your log here and explain a reason for ban here.
there is nothing to explain ... someone ask how much he can earn when he buy xx ghs´s and i only tell "nothing - the only one who makes money on ghs´s is cex" and "you get a negative balance"
by the way: thats the truth cause
a) your maintanace fee are very high at this time
b) ghs price is dropping many weeks before and cex does not lower the fee´s allover time
and also i think / belive that cex wont work for free !
so... what else to say ?
i got no problem if you want to post my log - see my user name - i´m sure u´ll find the location in it when use a combination of the words "money" and "cex" in the last entry´s, cause after that i leave there and believe me... even if cex is the last pool on this world - before i connect to this pool again, anyways i will sell my 70 ths of hardware !!
