I'm so glad to see that there are still people around, I have been supporting C-note silently since the dark ages of crypto.
I would you to see C-note take off, but I don't have time get involved in the development, because I'm building own project (and it will be reveled soon), however I can donate to the dev for a domain name and 6 months of hosting.
I can also tell my graphics designers to make a new and fresh logo for C-note.
One thing though, I need to know the plans of the dev for c-note (if it is needed).

This is an issue with QT wallet that we inherited from Quark.... we hope to fix it in next release...
if you get a transaction hung up (like sending over 40k) - reindex your wallet and let it synch up...
Then close QT and open cnoted (this is the real wallet you manage from a command window - QT is a layer on top of the real wallet)
You can send up to 100k with headless wallet with no issues.

I am trying to install windows wallet and it gives me error "Runaway exception- System cannot find cnote-qt.exe ".
Are you upgrading from the old wallet, or do you have coins in a old wallet? and what OS W7 or 10. Probably a corruption somewhere in the QT wallet folder in appsdata/roaming etc.
If doing a new clean install, I would go back and delete everything in the Cnote folder, and delete the QT wallet app (reboot pc) and download a new Wallet QT and try reinstalling it fresh, for starters.

I just sent 10 coins up to Nova, Took about 15 mins or so. Status now is showing as incoming on Nova. Shows confirmed in my wallet.
Getting ready to send 1000, see how that goes.
UPDATE: first 10 confirmed and the 1000 coins are 4/17 confirms... so all seems to working.
