I have a question: how will the BTC be distributed to noders?

Will it be BTC distributed to wallet? Or 14 BTC worth of CAIx purchased and sent to qualifying wallets?

If it's the latter, will this CAIx be yet to be purchased? Or is it already being held?

I think you can see what I'm getting at: if you have 14 BTC in BTC lying around, use it to buy CAIx and push the price up as well as rewarding noders. This could also create a positive upward trend (or 'pump' to be crude) and negate the effect of any dumping.

What exactly have they delivered?  A new wallet?  A multipool?  Titans?  What exactly is it they have delivered except pipe dreams?

I want to believe, lol. still 1 question is not answered why there is 1 titan miner not 3 as promised. thanks.

So far the development team has delivered on all that was promised, I can assure you they wont stop now Smiley.
I guess some people are distrusting our intentions, I hope we have "proven" ourselves when we launch the multipool and give away the 14 BTC at the end of June.

Don't hesitate to contact us for any further questions, you can find us at caixboard.com or #caishen on FreeNode.net.

My original question was why you would want to reward hoarding--whether it be just for the month of June, or in the long-term.  I understand that this payout is a one-time thing.  But I have also seen information that would indicate to me that there is some possibility of future payouts of that nature using revenues from miners, games, etc.  I've seen no guarantees, but it seems to be at least potentially part of the plan.  If that's incorrect, then that answers my questions about long-term dividend payouts.

Thanks for clearing that out for me, wasn't sure where u were asking for.
It is indeed a possibility that the program will be extended, BUT this is currently being heavily discussed by the foundation, so no guarantees.
We wont release anything official untill everything has been decided.
If it would get extended, everything about the funding etc will be explained in detail.

We are not trying to reward the hoarding itself, we are rewarding loyal community members and the dividend program was the best way to do that in our opinion.
How would you suggest we should've fairly distributed the 14 BTC? Maybe you have some good ideas for us Smiley. Suggestions are always welcome.

Hi baseke,

One of the three titans is ordered by Stuhlman, a co-founder of this coin.
The other two titans are donated by investors (The same investors who gave us the BTC for the dividend program).
They do not want any of their information made public, which ofcourse we should and will respect.

So far the development team has delivered on all that was promised, I can assure you they wont stop now Smiley.

Focusing on increasing the value isn't necessarily a problem.  It goes hand-in-hand with making it useful for something.  What I don't understand is discouraging its use by incentivizing hoarding.  It seems like they're trying to treat this kind of like a stock that pays dividends; but it doesn't pay dividends unless you hold a certain amount of shares, and the business plan to fund those dividends long-term doesn't seem very clear (and it's not really publicly owned).

Part of the reason I dropped out.  Their sole purpose is to raise the price only, not to have it used for anything.  And they can't even deliver that.

But doesn't this hurt the value of CAIx?  People who are disqualified dump and nobody has a chance to buy in as a node anymore.

Honestly we don't see it that way, we just want to reward the people that are simply holding this coin.
The dividend program and the way it works seemed like a very good way to do exactly that...

Why do you want to reward this?  To grow a currency, I would think you would want the early adopters spending at least some of their coins, and their reward would be the increase in value that comes with a wider user base.

I don't know why you're asking for a business plan for future funds?
The dividend program is currently a one time thing, funded by the 14 BTC that we received from investors.

Not buying it.  Literally.  False promises and false hope.  Should be done next week, should be done next month, should be here in 2 months.  Meanwhile people lose their shirts.

3 were promised.  All you've ever shown anyone is this.  Which could be used for anything at all once it comes in.  You think people will sit around for another 2 months while the dev team waits for SC to release another wallet update you can copy?

Mystery titans, or rather magic titans since they are invisible.  It's impossible for you to have a PSP like you said with one titan.  Stop leading people on.

Read the bold text, I even accentuated it for you.
Most of the bugs that exist in the SC wallet are already taken care off.

All the devs cashed out at .0015 so they don't care about releasing anything new.

Where's the beef?  No wallet, no pool, and where's the proof of these other mystery titans?  Not coming.  No one is investing in a coin sinking to the bottom, which means no mystery titans.  Stop lying to people.

Literally everything you ask has been answered by my first response, except for the wallet.
Please stop making a fool of yourself.
We have never lied to the community and neither has anyone on the development team, again a very dark and baseless accusation.

As we said when we posted the screenshots, the wallet is continiously being worked on, but has no ETA yet.
And yes, I know you will reply with this SC nonsense, but even that has been answered Smiley.

I suggest you put your energy in supporting some coin, you would've made a ton of money if you spend the same time on that instead of coming in here with new accusations.

Good luck in your further investments.

RoscoeWins,

I'm sorry to learn that u feel this way. Next time I suggest u come find us at #caishen if u have any questions or concerns instead of posting baseless accusations.
Anyway, here are some short answers:

1. We are building a multipool from scratch, I don't know that you have any developing experience, but that takes time.
We are testing this multipool internally by the end of this week. If you're a developer, then you know that the development went quite fast.
Some coins just buy their multipool, as did we, but that does not work.
The multipool is a very important aspect of CAIx, since it will be used for our Price Stability Program. We want this to be perfect and to be completely under our control.
This way we can give the same level of support to our multipool miners as we are currently giving our CAIx community members.

2. Well, this will answer itself as soon as the PSP starts Smiley.

3. Will also answer itself, too bad you missed out on a nice dividend payment.

4. As you know, two of the three miners are donated by investors, so we can't put payment information about the miners in public.
We can however give u the invoice of the one that Stuhlman ordered.

If you check on this payment you will find it matches the order Stuhlman made on that day. I do not think you can fake a payment as well:

Here's a screenshot of Stuhlman's account on kncminer.com showing that the ordernumber we showed previously was also paid for:

I don't know why you didn't ask us any questions and went straight to baseless accusations, but I sure hope u'll join us at #caishen next time u have some concerns.

I am still a holder but it is getting hard to believe that if the price reaches 1 then will get back to 10 or 20 or 40.

Okay, RoscoeWins is a fattest troll ever. Go be fat somewhere else, that's not even funny how stupid you are.

As I said before:
It's great to see people defending the coin against any sort of attacks, but sometimes it's better to ignore them.
You are being distracted by a person that proudly comes in here and calls CAIx a scam coin, yet has no base for such accusations.
The arguments he had, were all countered by answers.
Just ignore him and keep on supporting CAIx Wink

Am I missing something?  Has something fundamentally changed with CAIx?  I liked CAIx before and now I can get the same value for lower prices - I'll take it.

You wont be sorry for those buys.
Keep in mind: not a single decision is made for short term, we did that once and it does not work.
Every decision the foundation and the devs make is to reach our long term goals.
The crypto world has grown very impatient though, a day without news is like a year in the dessert for some Smiley
