I'm actually getting bored listening to people make statements like these... 'It's the end!' or 'The bubble has burst!", if only I had a Satoshi for every time this type of myopic vision is projected...  Even Bank of America is acknowledging the potential of bitcoin...

This is sort of unrelated, but do you believe in the single bullet theory also? ;-)

It seems like Bitcoin is becoming more "inherently diversified" and stronger when it comes to news events. This is the first step to it becoming a currency and leaving the realm of super-speculative jobbido.

17% crash, oh no,

As far as I'm concerned, I hardly even noticed when Bitcoin increased above $1000. All I knew is that Bitcoins were worth a lot. As long as they stay above $1000 I'm more than happy with my lot.

Hehehe thank you. Good luck people with trying to push the price back. Are you going to dump all your coins to do that? Be my guest.

Interesting.. Could you explain your statement? You've got 375, if you were a newbie I would ignore you too but I'll give it a shot. Why?

Here's why:

Some people are working really hard to push the price back up to $90. I expect a bloodbath when MtGox resumes trading, could be down to sub $5 this time tomorrow.

At present all bitcoin seems to be doing is something I thought would be bear impossible: make government fiat look almost attractive.

he's been a sad troll waiting for bitcoin to hit $1 so he could buy 1 for as long as I can remember. Click the button, save your braincells Smiley

You know guys, he might be right. It seems like the market is beginning to trail off from last month's enthusiasm, and there could be so many things happening  -- some negative -- over the next few months that we might not get another big rally again. I'm not going to call it the "end" of bitcoin, but it may be the end of the uptrend. Maybe another cryptocurrency will now step up. Just sayin'
"Trailing off" sounds like a slow, steady decline.

That is not what has happened or is happening.

Yep, am calling this as the end of Bitcoin, it may drag on for a while, but it's dead.
