*sigh*
Well support FINALLY got back to me with this gem:
"After an internal risk review we have decided to not lift the Bitcoin hold on your account. We recommend selling Bitcoins and withdrawing USD instead - there is no hold on USD withdrawals on your account.
Looks like you purchased your Bitcoins at $90 and given the current price you will make a good profit as well."

WTF !? EPIC FAIL !
AVOID CAMPBX.
Coinbase lvl2 in a few more days so I will be selling my campbx coins because I HAVE TO and then re-buy them on coinbase. At least I'll be able to get my money back out, but I wanted bitcoins since they are a bitcoin exchange!

If CampBX hasn't yet resolved your problems, I would consider contacting authorities. CampBX, a Georgia company, is acting as a financial institution and is subject to Georgia and U.S. federal laws governing them. Here are some links to the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance website that may be helpful to you:

    http://dbf.georgia.gov/complaints-and-inquiries

    http://dbf.georgia.gov/contact-us

If they can't help you directly, hopefully they'll give you good guidance on who the right authorities are.

I have experienced bad customer service ... (a) CampBX hasn't verified my account, despite the fact it's been two weeks since I sent in my documents (b) I can't submit tickets through their support site, & (c) CampBX is nonresponsive to my e-mails.

Despite this, I have been able to make instant Dwolla deposits of $1,000 every 24 hours and then trade with these funds. I can't make withdrawals right now, because I'm still within the 31 day required wait period from my first Dwolla deposit. Once these 31 days have passed, I will be attempting withdrawals. If I get stonewalled in that regard, I likely won't hesitate to contact authorities.

I got a reply from support after a week or so on August 6th "Your account was locked due to recently failed Bitcoin transfers. You may need to reverify your account. Please give us the best phone number to contact you." I gave them my number 10 minutes after they asked for it, and I have no idea what failed transfers they are talking about. Since then I have not heard anything at all from support. I even filed a new ticket August 8th in hopes to generate attention but they've completely ignored that one even up till now. I would recommend people stay away from campbx because they have NO support if issues arise, this is ridiculous that they can hold my coins for no reason and won't even talk to a KYC verified customer. I have no way to communicate with them. I suppose I'll have to sell my coins and re-buy them on coinbase so I can actually use them. Beware of campbx!

I've had a ticket open with them for over two weeks. Haven't been able to access my account the whole time. I got a reply after the first week, which didn't help. Now I'm waiting over a week after my reply to that first response. Since you're waiting just as long I guess this is normal for them, which is ridiculous. Is it that they're understaffed or are they overwhelmed? Most importantly, I hope I'll get to see my money again.

Campbx put a 90 day hold on withdrawing my bitcoins. Support is not responding to my tickets. Has anybody had this happen to them? Campbx doesn't have a support phone number and emailing them isn't helping either. They say something about a 31 day hold for Dwolla, but nothing about a 90 hold. I have a load of coins stuck there that I want to use to invest in asicminer. I've had no trouble with campbx, up till now. They need to hire some more support people to respond to tickets. This issue has lasted almost 2 weeks already.  Cry
