There's the only one reason for sure why altcoin goes up, just because of the Bitcoin movement. The whole crypto ecosystem looks healthy when the price of bitcoin pumped up and it looks like a few altcoin prices tied up with bitcoin price at this moment (unlike if they have a fake volume and obviously manipulated).
