Chinese new year is in three days and the coins already has a good price now. The bitcoin halving is approaching in May this year and there are many good things that may come in 2020 making the price of overall altcoins go high. Though the stances taken by the governments around the world regarding regulating crypto would have a effect on the prices, a positive stance would turn the market positive and a negative one would turn negative. This year could be a deciding year for crypto future as the world can no more ignore their existence.
Look at the market now being average to green because a good move or it could be bullish has come, but there are some altcoins that have decreased there are also altcoins that are going up with high prices so this could be the beginning for an increase in altcoin in 2020.
For me it is not too late to buy even though the price has gone up but this is not final yet because halving is not over so there is still a possibility to get back up with a higher price.
