New name means something that we will search of,do not use exaggerated names and insulting make it more eye catcher that will make most of the people curious so that if they have done research about your coin,and found it useful they will eventually invest to your porject,so yes the name of the coin would have somehow an impact to the users or investors.

Success of coins/tokens doesn't depend on it's names. For example, your name doesn't shows who you are and what you can do. Am I right? same on it. It depends on the capability and benefits of that coin/token and not on their names. And those you mentioned, I think, is only made for fun, it don't have a value either if I am right.

If the ICO project is not a scam or legit why name it something weird instead name it a whole some name the would represent the wholesome image of the project. If the project is really good by the name alone it is really will brainstorm to come up with good ICO name.

There is so many shit coin with the unique name right now. But all of them worth zero due to the there is no usefulness to buy them all. They created to scam others. Name is just a small part of a projects success . If project have no working concept , or people found it unuseful any outstanding name won't help it in long term perspective . But for some fraud projects good name is the only chance to scam investors .

No however if you have a good campaign exposure and a lot of social media campaigns that never stops that maybe it you can have a successful coin. Name doesn't have to do with being successful the thing is you must familiarize the public in order to have a good reputation to them at the same time be responsible to update from time to time.

I think it can bring success or failure.

I will give you an example: I'm auto-skipping all projects with ETH and BTC in the name like Bitcoin Purple/Power/White, etc sh*tcoin. There are few legit with ETH in the name like ETH Lend, but it's rare occasion.

That's interesting to know, that Logicon story. I consider it rather good that some joke might develop into a good project. Probably, some funny named coins deserve buying. Kinda test-drive, or at least a sample to monitor.
