bitcoin will always be the most crypto or when compared to others. other cryptos will not be replaced in the top position of the bitcoin. If indeed there certainly will not be able in a short time because there is not the slightest another crypto can approach even to exceed the bitcoin.

I think that currently only Ethereum has such a potential. On the other hand, it will not be easy to oust bitcoin, because  it is the most famous and expensive cryptocurrency in the world.

The truth is if you ask any lay man what cryptocurrency is, they will simply tell you Bitcoin is Cryptocurrency. I have asked many and i keep getting same response. This is to tell you how far Bitcoin have grown, irrespective of the price and value it will be extremely difficult to get any other coin or token that can matched or replace Bitcoin soonest. The first blockchain was practically designed to validate Bitcoin transactions before others came on. Bitcoin still remain the BackBone

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???
I do not think there's any other cryptocurrency that could replace Bitcoin. Bitcoin will remain the first and last in the world of cryptocurrency. Only Bitcoin deserves the best crypto.

Litecoin is a cryptocurrency that is very similar to Bitcoin in some aspects, but works on a completely different Protocol. It was created and published in October 2011, and was designed in a way that it could work as an absolutely pure form of digital money. It is fully decentralized, open source and offers extremely secure transactions supported by crypto-mathematics. In addition, Litecoin has excellent code. They were mostly just modified the code of Bitcoin, which allowed him to avoid centralizing action. Finally, LTC is much more convenient when it comes to adopting new technologies.
Thus, despite the fact that the LTC was not created to represent competition to Bitcoin, its replacement or to be in some way a threat to the first cryptocurrency, it still managed to become one of them. Theoretically, LTC replacing BTC may be better, but the chances of it happening soon are minimal.

Everything is possible but that instance is very unlikely to happen, it will be difficult and it is close to impossible when you really look at the chart on the coinmarketcap bitcoin is really leading the way of all the coins in the market. Smiley

I do not think so. Because bitcoin is too high and is at its peak. And I also think that bitcoin will continue to be used in the future and also have the potential to continue to increase. The popularity of bitcoin in the future I think will be very high plus the public enthusiasm for bitcoin increases.

If I am not too sure that another altcoin can replace the presence of bitcoin in the top position because in the affairs of the exchange rate is too far and takes a long time I think it is still very difficult later on altcoins to rival it.

i think ethereum and eos can join the race with bitcoin some day  Cheesy
To be honest with you guys.. Hmm, I actually think that no coin can beat the bitcoin. (In my own opinion, only.) Because I'm sure and I really hope that bitcoin will recover and it will go fast when it comes on increasing it's value. I have a bigger trust on bitcoin than any other coin. It will always be the one.

Sure it can and it must. If bitcoin will stay on the top for some more years, then we will only lose, because this coin is very manipulated, even ETH is not

Yes, there are a lot of cryptocurrency in the market with different platforms and because of that, the competition is getting tighter so there is a huge chance that one of this coin can actually surpass the price of bitcoins.

no worthy replacement Bitcoin will not. Perhaps there will be a similar coin with other possibilities (neo for example). But it is worthwhile to understand that bitcoin is also developing. Well, the right competition is always good. I think that in the near future there will be something interesting - because the technology does not stand still.

for now bitcoin is still the number one in the world of cryptocurrency. many other coin want to compete with bitcoin but it's not easy for them. Other altcoins should have a clear and good purpose to compete with bitcoin. it may take 3 -5 years ahead.

For me, no other currency can dethroned bitcoin as a king of all currency. Other currency was just made after bitcoin and some of them are just relying on bitcoin.

it is expected that in the future there is an altcoin that will be developed to surpass bitcoin, but 5-10 is not enough, cryptocurrency is still in developing stage and it will take a lot of time before it will be fully develop.

I agree with you that there are a lot of bitcoin competitors and may be able to replace bitcoin. But this is not easy to do, it is very difficult and has little chance of doing.

I fully agree with you. And I believe maybe at least 5 years later, some coin will appear (or an existing one will grow) that will be able to replace the BTC at the top of the crypto world. There is no doubt about that.
