I agree with you that many people are hoping that altcoins should replace bitcoin which I think it is not possible in the near future
Bitcoin was built on a platform so strong that it determines the price of other altcoins.
It will take any coin many years to even meet the standard of bitcoin let alone replacing it.

Is there any currency that will supersede the dollars? The point is not to be more costlier but in volume and in out reach. If you don't open btc/altcoin btc/fiat ouar in you exchange your trading won't go anywhere. The king is btc respect it.

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

From this point in time yes we can say something like that. But of course that things can change. Look at before in the beginning of the internet the most popular search engine was Yahoo and it got surpassed by Google. It is possible for any altcoin to surpass bitcoin in terms of market cap. We will see which ones will be the most innovative, bitcoin could also be and stay number one for time to come.
I believe for other coins will increase their development so that can to make the value so high. so it would be great to have a coin with such an escalating development and rely on it as the main coin used both in the short and long term. and they can certainly replace Bitcoin in the future.

I don't think there can be another coin that could surpass bitcoin. Although ETH shows a better performance but thinking on if it will surpass bitcoin is way far from reality.

Yes this can happen in years to come but the coins that will do that will be the one supported by the government or we can also be looking at eth doing that...

In my opinion, there no other cryptocurrency can replace the number one crpytocurrency, bitcoin. For it is already known and tested to all in cryptoworld. And once the value of bitcoin decreases, other altcoins also decreases but once the value of bitcoin increases, only few of the altcoins increases and not all the altcoins increases. That is why no other cryptocurrencies can surpass bitcoin.

In my own opinion, No coin has proved itself worthy to replace bitcoin. Even the so called Ethereum is just trying. With time i think with time we should see a coin which will overthrone bitcoin. But for now NONE.Thanks

I think that Etherium can easily cope with this task. They have a very strong team behind them, and the figures for the first half of the year 208 give us the opportunity to understand that the future is for Etherium!

It hard to every single altcoin to replace bitcoin in many ways. In term of price, bitcoin is the highest, in term of popularity bitcoin is also the most popularity. But anything is possible who knows, in couple of years from now, there is a coin that can beat bitcoin.

A very ironic question. But fact is, there is a possibility of that. Bit coin might not remain the king forever. Anything can happen and another crypto can take over. So we all do sit and watch how things unfold

I think that crypto world will be ruled by btc but maybe later ether will also occupy a place the second one, for example.
Now, ether is behind but some experts think that it deserves attention as well as

bitcoin is a leader only in price and volume of speculation. Therefore, bitcoin  can easily be replaced by a promising crypto currency, which will be used in the economy sector.
No one can, replace from it because this is the beginning why crypto is more demand worldwide and unfortunately this is they mold to promote as a, single currency in, where the most higher prices.
So far I don't have any crypto in mind right now to replace bitcoin because at first place I don't want bitcoin to be replaced. But then, based on what I've seen or observed lately many members think ethereum is promising crypto and probably will replace bitcoin. I hope nothing can ever replaced it because I really like how bitcoin existed in my country. And,I prefer using it also other ICOs.

Replace BTC Huh

Oh it is so impossible.
BTC is will never replace.
You know, the first coin, the number one coin and the icon of cryptocurrency is BTC.
No once coin can overtake BTC.
Because BTC is main coin in crypto.

Yes, of course, I strongly agree. Maybe in the next few years, no one can replace Bitcoin. But someday there must be a proper coin to replace Bitcoin. Over time surely all this will be proven. Maybe Ethereum is worthy of replacing Bitcoin but this is just my opinion.

Future can't predict by people but we can assume what's going on in future so in my opinion btc can be replace by some coin that follows the popularity of bitcoin and that is ethereum not only ETH can replace btc as a king because many in altcoins now is good enough to be a top coins.
