As much as we don't like centralised exchanges, they too don't just ban/block users from accessing their services!

I've been using binance for long time now and despite how much I hate centralized exchanges and their privacy-invasive policies, I doubt they would block someone's account just like that without a valid reason!
They blocked my account before but they quickly unblocked it after I contacted their support team and provided them with all the documents they requested and answered all their questions.
Not sure, but I googled OP's nickname and I found he posted the same question on a Russian forum so maybe this gives a hint on why his account got blocked!

OP seems to deal in selling accounts, he has two disputes over forums in less than 48 hours about people not getting their account after paying (of course it doesn't mean that the accusations are true), but it could be that those have complained to Binance about it since he does receive payments for the accounts in crypto and Binance pay.
Hm, from where you got that info that he is selling accounts because so far he mad eonly one post with this account, and that's the one where he created this topic, and I don't see his name being mentioned by anyone else regarding those accusations.Binance has a very tight security and strict rules and if they have blocked your account or frozen your coins then it must be for a reason.
Binance (and any other centralized exchange/platform) can block you account for myriad of bullshit reasons and they can even block it for no reason at all so just because they blocked someon's account doesn't mean that person did anything wrong. Btw, i am not saying that's what happened here, just that Binance can do whatever they want and there's very little that you can do if they decide to screw you.

As far as I know Binance deactivates/blocks user accounts detected with some violations.For example: several cases that have occurred.

If you intend to create drama and get caught up in the principle of "don't use CEX, they can freeze your account anytime!"... wtf, bro. You haven't even provided solid proof from an email regarding the account freeze reason.
I don't care if what op says is true, their post here even seems suspicious because they posted little information about the problem they are having and they want the 'help' to continue outside the forum. But i don't mind if it is said a gazillion times that 'don't use centralized exchanges, they can confiscate your money anytime' because that is so true.Take note that with the way BTC is designed, your BTC's should never be confiscated and it doesn't matter if you are even a scammer, that's because BTC tx are irreversible and self custodial wallets are only in the control of the owner, who has the keys. Centralized exchanges and LE attack BTC's fungibility by claiming some coins are tainted and should not be accepted.

It's better if you provide the reason why Binance froze your account instead of trying to capture your usdt balance. Every decision made by an exchange to freeze a user's account has a reason behind it, and this information is typically conveyed through notifications or sometimes emails.
Thing is, they usually don't tell the specifics or keep it vague. This is why there are countless threads about people complaining they got restricted with no reason included. This is not just in binance but in most custodial exchanges as well.

Tbf, most CEx relies on suspicions hence whether it's valid or not could be debatable. There's always a chance of false positives occuring.

I don't think that's his intention, actually that was other user saying when they hear about centralized exchange, look there's an user mention that. But there's nothing wrong since this is the risk of using CEX.

Binance has a very tight security and strict rules and if they have blocked your account or frozen your coins then it must be for a reason.
In this case, I don't think any forum user would be able to help you much.
All you can do is contact the customer care so that they can guide you through to access your funds.

If you are not verified Binance users there's no way to withdraw money from your Binance account until you pass the KYC.
Or maybe that is why your funds are blocked due to your Bitcoin deposit not yet being confirmed or more than 1 confirmation? Because you can trade on Binance even if the deposit amount isn't confirmed yet but it's blocked from withdrawing and transferring the amount you trade to the funding wallet.
The solution for this wait for your BTC to be confirmed more than 2 confirmations before you can transfer/withdraw and exchange it into money.
If not, and the issue is beyond of that then better contact Binance support because they are the only ones who can help you.

Let's say for the sake of argument that your request is legit, no one can help you getting money out of your account expect yourself and if anyone contacts you telling that he has connections in Binance, its a scam.

I think you are flexible to emotions here about being desperate to get through your coin form your blocked wallet probably you want to try a 50/50 luck where you feel there is a lost of hope else you wouldn't public ask anyone to help you out make a withdrawal for you when you vividly know you are dealing with a decentralized digital currency that also requires you a 100% in control of your wallet. Instead would had been better off if you put on details on what you are going through with the hope of getting solutions or how you can be compassionately encouraged to bear the black situation.
If it is as much as I guess, I hope you don't extend the emotional flexibility to your trading term in the Bitcoin markets.

If true, exchanges like Binance will give you a page in a way you will not be able to withdraw your money in a way you will not be able to make use of any other Binance servics.

Binance would have to lift the withdrawal restriction or just unblock op. Emphasis on "binance" as the community is not binance so we can't directly help, op. At best we could only point op where to go e.g. binance chat/social media account and discuss possibilities of what may have happened including some precautions.
My guess is this is either a desperate plea or op has an ulterior motive seeing as they tried to get into PM's from the get go which is unnecessary. I'm saying this because scam PMs are rampant where scammers play mind tricks on gullible people. They love PMs since it's more isolated.

It appears that your account has been locked, there are various reason accounts are locked on Bianace. One possible cause could be that a hacker has attempted to access your account, or you have attempted to access your account from a sanctioned country. To address this issue, you should first step should be to contact Binance support team and provide detailed explanation of the problem. By doing so, I am sure the support team will help you to regain access to your account.

Aside from the fact that this whole situation looks shady, is it actually possible for one to withdraw money from a blocked account in binance? Because for a newbie account to have come to the forum and make a post few minutes within the time of creation about is binance account (I’m not even sure if that’s the actual account or he just showcased that amount to try to lure those that wants to try to get the money for themselves in his telegram space).
If indeed the Op was real, he could have just sent a message to binance customer support and try to fix his account the legal way.

This is the most likely scenario you will face while using the centralized platform to hold your funds, anyway, I'm sure counting Biannce's reputation I'm sure they would have mentioned the reason can you define it here to further assist you. I'm sure they are going to ask you for the KYC verification.
If there's nothing related to suspicious activity. Most of the platforms use this allegation to block the customer's account. If you think its a mistake you can file an appeal to the support team and for the next time better focus on not your key, not your funds. Get mature and focus on the self custody.

The only assumption is that you created your account before identity verification was required, but I think that in these accounts the user can still withdraw from the balance. If this is not your problem, I do not think that anyone can help you except the support team, as they will ask you to verify the identity. Contact the support team. Via Reddit, Twitter, or email, as they do not have an active account here.
