The answer is, Yes, Bitcoin can be trusted! However, you were not prepared for this question simply because you know little about Bitcoin and blockchain technology and how they come into play with the acceptance by people and the world government. The coin has opened the eye of the world to blockchain technology and has advanced digital payment systems which some governments are now building upon.

This is not a project that will just disappear so soon, so, anyone could trust it. I recommend you to read to educate yourself and your friend:

I think this doesn't need to be on Bitcoin discussion board but rather on speculation board. Crash totally to zero, I don't think so but if we're talking about crashing for thousand dollars from now is likely possible. The thing with crashes of Bitcoin involves certain bad actors in the market. Yeah, I agree you should read more and research more when you want to tell a story.

A friend of mine came to me and we were having a conversation and I was trying to introduce he to the forum, but he turns out that I was asked if I really trust and believe in bitcoin it will never crash like other cypto industry.

I want know if it will not crash and I need help to convince him about it that it will not crash because am a beginner and I haven't know much about bitcoin so I guess been here I will fine help to assist my friend to join the forum.

If you don't know anything about bitcoin, It seems to me you should read a lot about it and make your own mind. Everybody has a different view on the subject. Some people don't like crypto and never invest in it and some other worship it like they found god. Some other people think it as just another investment vehicle and some other people use it as a currency. The answer varies from person to person.

I think bitcoin itself is a safe network as long as you own the keys of your funds but its value against the dollar fluctuates and that might create some problems if you are not a long term player/investor.

Bitcoin have suffered 2 huge crashes at 2018 and 2021, it's really wrong if you're saying Bitcoin will never crash, I believe we will suffer another crash in the future. Bitcoin could crash, but the point is Bitcoin can survive and recover from the crashes, not like majority of shitcoins were it will become dead coins due to no demand.

Introducing someone about a subject where you're not completely understand is really a big mistake.
