Yes but there are some issues with it's usability,it can not be used offline like a credit card or cash.

Yes Ofcourse it can be used by ordinary citizens those who are using they already know the potential of the Bitcoin I would suggest we should ask out friends to invest money in Bitcoin rather than fix deposits in the bank for mere Interest. Bitcoin would be the nice Investment.
It’s pretty much hard to convince people with conventional beliefs that bitcoins are the new currency. Only those people hesitate to trust bitcoins who are not up to date or lack knowledge about internet and latest digitals methods of earning. Otherwise, bitcoins are not restricted to any class.
yes, as long as you have bitcoin and and transactions from other parties, you can use it. just like fiat ordinary people can use bitcoin, and just like fiat only those who know the value of bitcoin can make a fortune of be financially free. if we don't educate ordinary people or if they don't want to understand bitcoin and think of it as another commodity, it will be their loss, well as for those who understand the value of bitcoin it will be a different story.

What can governments do in order to stop bitcoin? In your own post you say governments cannot manage bitcoin then how are they going to stop it? By making it illegal? Anyone that has the capacity to go online can use bitcoin. So ordinary citizens can use bitcoin. It is not that complicated that only a few can have access to it. The access is as easy as access to internet. For those who do not have the internet connection, that is the problem. But aside from that, I don't think there are still other obstructions.
why not? Bitcoin likes a free job. It is suitable for everybody in the world and you don't need to have much knowledge about Bitcoin. And this job is very convenient too. You don't have to go to anywhere far, you don't have to go at the right time, it doesn't have rules so you won't afraid to be reprimanded. Just stay at home with your computer or even a phone.

Using bitcoin is not really hard, it is like you are accessing your momey in a bank, but the thing is, it is online and it is not controlled by anyone even the government. The only thing that stops the ordinary people to use bitcoin, is because of its volatility and having an unstable price.

I think this will happen in the future, my experience when bitcoin prices are still very low there are not many people who are interested in bitcoin but after the price of bitcoin skyrocket there are many people who ask about bitcoin and get interested in bitcoin. I'm sure if bitcoin prices continue to stay in value as now there will be a lot of ordinary people like you mean going to be interested in using bitcoin.
