Also it is not about being rich. We as small investors can make a great impact in bitcoin. What would one person do with a lot of bitcoins if only him will be using it. It needs to be scattered and to be know by people in order for it to be really seen as a usable currency. But in bitcoin it is not forced unlike with fiat. That is one of the problem. So we need them to be willing to risk it.

No, it can't be used by ordinary citizens (atleast, NOT often). Bitcoin doesn't scale, so it only supports a very low number of transactions. Plus, the fees are very high, so ordinary people can't buy ordinary junk with it, the fees alone would cost more than a coffee, for example. The way it is bitcoin is not made for the average user, but for speculators and for those who want to move big amounts of value/money.

True, the fact that bitcoin needs only knowledge in internet, on how to use computer or cellphone which almost common citizen knows ,it will definitely can be used by everyone. Having background in trading or gambling , or what suits your interest best is a plus in having btc. Having discipline and know the art of communication is also needed.

That's why it is very easy to learn if you are that willing. And I know most of the "ordinary citizens" nowadays are into technology, the only people that doesn't have knowledge in internet those who are living in a very poor country who strive to fight with famine. But in sum up, people can't live without technology so it will be easy for them to adopt and use bitcoin.

as bitcoin is a normal currency and everyone has the right to use it and adopt it so therefore we cannot say that bitcoin is for some special people and ordinary people cannot use it, i think both ordinary and specially people both have the same opportunities to use it.

yes that is very right to say there is no restriction on the use of bitcoin, therefore everyone has the right to use bitcoin either they are ordinary people are special people.

If we are talking about ordinary citizens, it is understanding will play a major role in their relationship to bitcoin. I can not imagine my old people who use bitcoin. They did not even know how to interact with the Internet. And there are at least half of the population on the planet. I'm not talking about children and people from the suburbs.

I could see where you're coming from though Bitcoin could also be used if a real rich individual decides on making a loaning business and having the payment listed as another thing instead of the name "Bitcoin". By doing that, the rich individual would have people from everywhere in the world using Bitcoin even if they don't have Internet access. It's kind of hard to explain so I am not sure if you understand what i'm trying to write.

We all had to start somewhere. Bitcoin isn't that complex where there's zero newbs who couldn't operate it within the hour. Bitcoin could be used offline and even in real life so later on in the years there should be 3/10 people that already know what Bitcoin is. If anyone knows how to do basic math then sending Bitcoins and receiving Bitcoins should be an issue at all because it's pretty much about punching numbers into a Bitcoin client.

yeah, I was an ordinary person who uses bitcoin for profit. moreover, in this digital era that I think everyone can use bitcoin. I fully agree with your opinion. And I think that the idea of replacing real money with bitcoin is no more than a fairy tale. Simple citizens will not strain their brains to use bitcoin. They have enough problems. I'm not talking about the poor layers of the population.

Oh!! What an interesting view about 'real' assuming fiat money right? and bitcoin. That means, a government and a bank told people that real money is what they want to be. And people believed them. Would you like to ask Nigerians what real money is? May be the Venezuelans? South Sudan or Belarus citizens what are their beliefs about the real, as you call these printed piece of paper, money? Anybody can be used the bitcoin because it is digital or virtual currency, no one owns the bitcoin. No one controls the bitcoin. Decentralization is one factor that anybody uses it. We are ordinary people or citizens uses bitcoin for any transaction to earn money. I used bitcoin for my financial needs and security reasons to not take from me by the thief or in an online called hacker.

The world is turning into digital so I guess people would also adopt with it and by the moment they will adopt, it is not far to know bitcoin because it will surely be more popular that time. People will understand as long as we will let them understand, everything can be seen in the internet but everyone has different level of comprehension and if they will not understand even a single terminology we use, they might be discourage.

Ordinary people can use Bitcoin. They can use it as a mode of payment to the things that they buy online. It's just that they will not fully understand how bitcoin works so they might have a hard time earning it and using it properly. But if they really want to use Bitcoin they can just read some articles about bitcoin so that they can somehow learn the basics of it all.
