Unlikely. We're probably looking at a 80% drop right now, so 20 000 * 0,2 = 4000. Don't think it's going any lower than that.

The price which you have mentioned is a case of crash of btc prices and dropping by almost 11000$ which is not at all possible in any situation.The people who are thinking btc as a bubble assume the same thing of price crashing but in reality the true supporters have faith and know its power.The prices are going to increase in future not drop although small dips remain its nature but beleive in it and enjoy its benefits. 
This is really outside my guess if the price declines have become the bitcoin on $3000 numbers, due to the reconstruction of the bitcoin already are in the position number $15000 from a few days ago to this day still hang on to the position of the bitcoin number $12000 without moving rising, I really hope bitcoin can move steadily increases until next year by welcoming the beginning of the year that makes us all happy

I don't see bitcoin price going back to $10,000 because bitcoin never lost the 50% of it value because of market correction. If i'm right highest dip for the market correction was 45% and i still don't the current correction will surpass that.

I agree with you, i think bitcoin value didn't back agian to $10,000 or $3,000 ( like op said. ) And for me the price increase again after december 31 or this year 2018 comes and like you said their's posible to hit $20,000 again.

Yes I agree with you, bitcoin is still unstable because one of the characteristic factor of bitcoin is fluctuating and volatility it just anytime, anywhere there's a chance to increase and decrease the value. Since this is a digital cryptocurrency possible it will happen to fall in $3k, but some of bitcoin user including me. Wishing bitcoin will not drop down to $3k, because $3k is very low and many people has been affected it this will happen. Can bitcoin drop to $3000?

well, of course you can. bitcoin prices can go down to such a price. we'll never know what's waiting for bitcoin out there. could have been, because of the crisis or something else, made the bitcoin price fall.

If everyone just HODLd and exchanged all alts for BTC, we wouldn't have any of these problems. And why are people complaining about transaction fees? People actually SPEND their BTC?!? It's a store of wealth. If you do a transaction, do a HUGE one. Good luck...
Yes. If we only use for trading then a large transaction fee is not the case. But maybe people start trading with lots of real currency where they easily calculate profits because real money value is not too volatile. This can result in the price of the bitcoin decreasing.

Bitcoin's value is at risk of drop at any given time and due to a lot of things that could happen . For instance we can remember 3 months ago when china banned ICOs and altcoin trading , we witnessed the hugest drop of bitcoin's value from many years ago (from when it dropped from 1k dollars to 260 ) .
Lately the scheduled Segwit2x and the bitcoin cash crazy days of trading made bitcoin's core value drop too . So even if it's decentralized and only it's holders have the privilege and the power to control it's true value , so much things can happen to make it drop to even lower than 3k dollars . But history show that he had faced all kinds of segwits , hard forks and trading bans , but managed to stood still as the OG of all cryptocurrencies and to climb back to a higher value making peak after another .

Look at the current situation i don't see bitcoin prices down to $ 3000, instead i see in early 2018 bitcoin prices will be higher could reach $ 20,000 per coin.
If you look at all the crypto, it does have the same properties, fast up and down, but when i see very high bitcoin price moves make me think it is very unlikely the bitcoin price will go down.

$3k is a very far to drop at this level for now its currently $15k and even after some price correction may occur it will not go dip at 3k it will likely occur at 10k to 12k.
Yeah $3k is history now and we will never see that low price of bitcoin in future and even if there is crash in the price I don't think it can go below $10k and if OP is waiting to buy at $3k price then he is surely wasting his time as bitcoin will never fall that low now.
Bitcoin going to $3000 is less likely to happen. Your chance to buy at your target price seems impossible. Just wait for the next drop but don't expect you can buy at $3000.
I doubt it that bitcoin will be less than $5,000 or will be getting again on that $3,000 price. It has gone so far and though it's possible that it can be back there but if we will connect what's with bitcoin now, I really doubt and will never believe it will go back.Even at that we did not experience a huge drop and now that bitcoin is getting stronger and investors are seeing it as something that is here to stay, looking forward to $3000 is going to be more like dreaming of something that can never happen.
We now landed $14,000 and for sure in some other exchanges it's already $15,000 so thinking that it can go lower at $3,000 is quite a myth now. But if he still insist and pursuing his goal of seeing the price of bitcoin at $3,000 he needs to pursue people that has tons of bitcoin selling it at the same time.
