As it stands banks don't see Bitcoin as a threat simply because the technology is still very very far from being able to provide a global solution that rivals their own system in terms of stability and dependability. Why would anyone want Bitcoin to make banks disappear anyway? Bitcoin is not perfect, both Bitcoin and banks have their advantages and disadvantages, it would be a lot more beneficial to everyone if the two coexisted or even merged.
You are right banks cannot get disappeared due to Bitcoins. I don't know why peoples are comparing these two because they do not have any similarities. Both of them are different but I like your suggestion that if Bitcoins merge with banks then it would be very beneficial because now a days people prefer Bitcoins rather than paper cash in their hand. Bitcoins won't make banks disappear in a short or long go. You can see more people having a good life with different types of loans provided by bank. When Bitcoin provides such features bank might get replaced slowly.
No I do not see this happen, the banks are already to big these days and have a lot of people that are dependent from it, the most people will not make the change to the bitcoin also.

NO. people need bank to store their money and earn interest from it.and bank play important role to person and economy of a country. i think we might have bank for bitcoin someday to regulate it and also for security. i guess. because of anonymity of bitcoin we really need a bank.

Not only them, all of us... we need banks and fiat in our daily lives to purchase physical goods, foods and anything in the store..If bitcoin would be widely adopted around the world then there is a big chance that it will play major role in the economy, but it won't make banks disappear..
