I don't think so. With the volatility of bitcoin, it would be really funny to see that guy going up and down the list of the richest men in the world. Bitcoin can make someone rich but I don't think that kind of heights as the richest in the world unless that person or individual is already on the list and then he invested in bitcoin or other crypto currencies as well.
I think this would have been possible 10 years back if you have bought btc at $0.01 then bought millions of it and then be able to hold it from that period till now that the price is $18,249.93

Actually people will not share it,if they became a richest man by the investment in bitcoin.Because they need to pay the tax ,if the bitcoin is legalised and monitor by the government where he belong to.Many rich shot had invested money in cryptocurrency.So most investing people won't share it to all.

when referring to current prices it is difficult to fight FIAT to make someone the richest in the world.
