I don't think so, world poverty cannot be solve through financial means only, it is true that bitcoin and cryptocurrency have open a lot of opportunities to most middle to lower class people and made a lot of investors successful and to some drastically changed their life from bottom to top but for me poverty can only be stopped if there are proper education and equality among nations and society.

For example food, there isn't enough food to feed all well, GMO is bad for health, if it will be modified well to not affect health, then this will be big step. After that we can think about it.
