securing profits is smart when the price touches $600 this year. i think i will secure some profits too in order to buy back cheaper once the price gets dumped down again. my target for this year is somewhere in the range of $600 to at most $700. you only have to make sure you sell on time because other traders will also try to secure their profits.

it's not like bitcoin, need a incentive each time, to be pumped it can be a natural increase of the price

if bitcoin each time, need a good news to rise, then we are doomed, it will not reach any substantial level

nope, I don't see any valid real reason why it should. correct me, if I'm wrong, but something remarkable happened around bitcoin in last 6 months? if no, only reason for another train might be just speculation..which is unstable:(

The panic in the market will cause a huge price increase or decrease in the market and some will really lose profit and a lot of user will also gain some.

I guess the latter. People don't seem to realize how much buying force is needed to get the price at that level. There will be a lot sell orders popping up making it very hard to get even close to $600 this year. Block halving is nice and all, but people shouldn't expect miracles.

Believe miracles mostly happen by the time of halving or by the year end. I believe price will reach around $600 or $1200 on halving. If reaches $600 gradually grows and will reach $800 before year ends, if reached $1200 on halving slowly decreases and gets stabilized around $800.

it could happen,

if the price went up to 500 next week , then 800 then 1000 in a month, even if nothing changed, no news or reason for this 'valuation' was evident the psychology of the market would be for many people to buy

also some people who bought last time it got a pump may sell since they see a comfortable exit

at one time perhaps 2-3 years ago i would have been more confident that btc would continue to rise

now given multiple factors i still think it will rise over time however legislative roadblocks in some places and the amount of other payment systems (blockchain related or other even scams like ripple) are making it a more complex market

it reminds me of various ups and downs of the www as it evolved to where it is today from the 90's

personally i care very little about the 'price' of btc , i am interested by the potential uses of bitcoin and other things built on btc/ around it

i guess most people are only interested in btc as price or value //

i certainly think btc has great potential to improve the way many things are done now

i guess when a fairly small number of individuals stand to benefit financially in this potential

time will tell, i think it impossible any person can predict what will happen there are too many variables

No, I don't think so, but in my personal outlook it might be likely to watch a potential increase towards the $700 level, because I can see a bullish trend to come after the current price stability, but without the sufficient power to boost the price to $1000.

Yes actually I was hesitant but I still pray that this year could reach $ 800 bitcoin. Perhaps the figure could be achieved in the next year. But I do not know, we see that happening. I am convinced that the surest bitcoin will continue to grow and will continue to benefit for us.

It will be not possible to rise up the 800 this year, you see that the value is now stable and that is not so nice for the most people who already have Bitcoin who is hoping for a price increase.
There are a lot of people that is thinking that the value will not even rise after the halving and that can be bad.

That's true..However if everyone leaves bitcoin after gaining profit(which I think won't happen) it won't be achieved.. But if everyone keeps the cycle of buying and selling even if the price increase byt the next months, it is possible to reach $800...

YES hopefully by the end of this year bitcoin prices may reach $ 800 and will continue to increase. I expect it to happen because if it happens for sure we will all get a profit that much and there will be many people who come to bitcoin.

Yes I think the bitcoin can reach the 800 dollar but when and how that is pretty difficult to say it can happen when a lot of people invest in the bitcoin this year.
Or it could also happen by the halving although speculators are saying it gonna rise to a high amount because of the halving but I must say I highly still doubt about that fact.
