The sheer fact that 99% or more of the population of the world does not have any idea about Bitcoin or even cryptocurrencies for that matter means it has nowhere to go BUT up.
There are chances of bitcoin boom in the next three to four months as Bitcoins have skyrocketed from $2000 to $4000 in the month of august. Day by day new people coming in this cryptocurrency world which will make it to reach $10000 by 2018.
,i think yes no doubt about the fact that bitcoin price will continue increasing for a long time, because still bitcoin has a very good potential and still people are also showing interest in bitcoin to buy it therefore there are more chances that the price of bitcoin will increase more and more.
Now that it's been proven there are many other alternatives to Bitcoin which have advantages such as quicker transactions, smaller fees, and higher mining profitability, I don't see a reason to think Bitcoin will get to $10,000.

Why not? Even there are so many reasons to think that bitcoin will rise. Imagine it's 4000$ now, can any coin to rise so much and quickly? No, it's not happening. People wants coin with high price and privacy, so bitcoin is solution here. You can have less bitcoin but price is so enjoyable.. That less bitcoin = still high amount of usd. So if people wants high price, they will get it from bitcoin. Also don't forget how price is calculated, many thing depends on bitcoin's users. Will the price of Bitcoin still go up? Potential bitcoin prices at time of course still have an open opportunity to continue to increase, with growth of investors and bitcoin users continue to increase as the passage of time continues to experience positive increase of course.
No one can successfully predict the market right now, anything could happen. Bitcoin can survive and grow exponentially, Bitcoin Cash can surpass it and then grow much higher... They can both coexist with similar prices, or one much higher... There are so many different possible scenarios that i'd recommend either holding both as some kind of hedge against any outcome, or holding neither and wait out the storm (keep your investment in alts/eth/etc)
This question has been asked for many times here in the forum. But I do believed bitcoin is going up continually, we just don't know when will it happen. That would depend only I think for the demand of the community or whale investors, especially many of the bitcoin enthusiast are holding bitcoin in a long term.indeed this question has been asked so many times not only on this forum but on quora and reddit aswell
the problem is you cannot predict exact outcome of bitcoin or any other currency will be after some time. just believe in bitcoin and invest in it

Yes it is having the power to going up and the price will reach higher levels in the future. If we study the bitcoin's price history we can see clearly that it is increasing since its creation almost. So we guess it will continue this way for long time.
The superiority of bitcoin is the most popular crypto, and besides the bitcoin provides security and many other things, I think bitcoin will still be an idol and a lot of profit.

Which are the alternate coins that you think would reach $10,000USD before Bitcoin? There's no certainty in investment, and more so for cryptocurrency!
It should be based on consideration and comparison, I think bitcoin will be more fascinating and make it attractive to investors of new investors. This is at the bottom of the market and advertising about bitcoin itself. Proven bitcoin is now a discussion in various countries.

You are right after reaching $4k the Bitcoin is spreading all over the world. And many new people are entering this Bitcoin and started to invest on this bitcoins. This is good news for those who work for bitcoins from last few years. Becasue how the users will increase like that the price also increases. Yes next 3 or 4 months we see a huge increment in Bitcoin price.

If the miners and developers are thinking that way, then every leading cryptocurrency will fall. Let us say that Bitcoin fell apart and BitcoinCash took over the place. Then Ethereum gained the said advantages in the OP and then BCH fell then ETH took over. The trend will just happen repeatedly, every now and then, a "much better" cryptocurrency will just take the spot and then another one will. This would be chaotic community and gladly, the cryptocurrency does not work that way.

I believe that the price of bitcoin will still rise as time goes by. I remember what my friend told me about it. Before bitcoin price is very low, I think around 8 thousand pesos in Philippine money but now look at it it rise very very high.
of course it can but not right now, I think at this time 4k3$ is the highest price that bitcoin can reach but it'll be different in next few months or next year. I think it can reach 5k$ or more at the end of this year
I'm sure bitcoin will go up and up again, if I have a lot of money, I'll bet to buy bitcoin and I invest because I'm sure bitcoin will go higher, let alone the added ICO project. Definitely bitcoin will not come down again.
