It can but it will not happen in an instant. It would be slowly. We will not notice that it already happen for sure. Fiat will stay for a while but it could also stay on under developed countries.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked

There are no chances of that happening.  It is not possible for cryptocurrencies to replace fiat money.  The level of illiteracy especially in developing countries is a big obstacle for cryptocurrencies to replace fiat.
Another major reason is lack of internet services in most places in the world. We are not oblivious of the fact that to deal with cryptocurrencies, we need internet services. In places where this is not provided,  it is impossible for cryptocurrencies to replace fiat.

On my opinion is the answer is no. Yet they can be digital payment. Paper money and coins are known to be the longest and oldest way of exchange, mode of payment, even you who read this post, me, everyone in this forum is not yet born on this Earth but those things do existed and is still been using nowadays. What am I saying? Cryptocurrency can not make real money disappear but in the future, through the continuous development, innovative changes and curiousity of human being, a time will come that digital currency will be added to our mode of payment around the world.

I think there is a great possibility in future that cryptocurrency can replace the fiat money of different countries.
But as of now it is lightly impossible to happen since not all countries are well develop and most of the people consider cash-based system in all trade transaction.

Crypttocurrencies like bitcoin and litecoins are real money. If you are talking about cryptocurrencies making paper money obsolete then it is possible as long as these currencies gain more support.

The chances are zero. This will never happen, fiat will always be on top. After all governments control that and they are never gonna give up their FIAT money.

Yrs. There are chances. Because bitcoin is flying now. The same time altcoins are also going up. Ltc has 60 percent  increase
Not going to happen anytime soon. Bitcoin just started, it's only 8 years old and there is not many people that know about it yet.

Can not, they have to walk together for economic balance. Bitcoin for the virtual world, real money for the real world. Do not underestimate any of them, because it will hurt your own economy.

It has a possibility but that chance is really really low. Some of the countries cant afford to buy gadgets which can be used to transact virtually. Real money is still essential.

I think 50 - 50 because if we are thinking right bitcoin is one of the popular cryptocurrency and have a high value if we remember bitcoin is not popular before so that if one of the cryptocurrency was be legalize in each country there is a possible that we didnt need an actual money or the hard money because we have now a digital money.

for now there is no chances that we could live in a world where there is no actual money. bitcoins and other type of electronic currency cannot replace fiat due to its decentralization. actual money however is centralized.

In my opinion, it will never happen since  fiat currency was  globally used by each of the country. Not all countries accept the existence of other bitcoins and cryptocurrencies. Without real money may seems impossible for us to adjust because currency fiat is a traditional currency and simply can't be replaced by digital currencies in the shortest possible time.

i think it's possible but it's to risky to do. real money is the symbol of the standing of a country, so real money can tell the amount of their money and their standing. if the money will be disappear and change it to a cryptocurrency has a advantages but also have the disadvantages. in advantages the cryptocurrency will be use of all people so their is only one currency in the world and it is good, because you can buy things all over the world with the same price. and in the disadvantages is the only person or government will be only handle by one, so it may have a power to hold or to control the world. but i think this will not be happen easily because their's a person has the authorization of the cryptocurrency and that is the creator of it.
Maybe but if the real money disappear by bitcoin it must have many consider to do like the government, maybe is better if bitcoin used only in online to make fast transaction because when it become currency it will control it by government.

I think there will not be a sharp transition. The usual money and crypto currency will be used. Countries  will not allow to leave everything without control

i don't believe cryptocurrency can make real money disappear. because a lot of people are still skeptical about cryptocurrencies and there a lot of people who are against cryptocurrencies. not to be pessimistic but realistic.

Its unpredictable. But i think it is possible. Who knows, if time comes that people learn about it. However, for me it is still safe to have money in the bank. Hackers are too wise today.

It seems a surprising thing if it really happens for now because it will take a long time if that happens.

I think it possible to happen but maybe if that happen it can cause it in changes in bitcoin because when it replace the real money some government will give it a tax or might be controlled it. Maybe its better if we used it in online transaction because we can sure that it is safe, fast, secure and then money is used in buying in store. It means its better if we have both of them in our lives.
