The hat is very unlikely. Cryptocurrency and real money are very important to all of us. Money is everywhere, whereas crypto can only be used, but only in limited areas. We can not use our BTC without internet. But the future is not far away, it can happen

In the long term, maybe in 50-70 years, it seems like cryptocurrency is the natural way to replace the fiat currencies. Like what fiat currencies did to gold long long time ago !
As bitcoin replaced other crypto from market so it’s also confirm that bitcoin will replaced other currency from market because its possible for bitcoin to do it but I think it’s a very big challenge for bitcoin and it need some time we know that there is big support to bitcoin by some rich countries and this support take bitcoin more forward because bitcoin need users for trade and investment and bitcoin is already succeed in this.
This most neccessary to make Bitcoin and cryptocurrency become important more in the society is more government accept cryptocurrency is legally. Especially U.S, China and Russia, I think just these countries is enough to make real money disappear.

Adoption Blockchain e-Commerce to World
We cannot tell what will happen in the future, but now it will not gonna happen.
I dont totally agree that cyptocurrency can make real money dissapear, because real money is the best thing in this world, because it is known by everyone in this world unlike the cryotocurrency that is few people are using, and crpytocurrency can not nake dissaper banks even in the future because real money is very important in all aspect in this world.

I want to say "yes" just because the news from the Internet has replaced the newspaper. Newspaper might not have been replaced totally, but no matter how we look at it, things are a lot different now. People just go to Google or Yahoo to see the latest news. Grabbing a newspaper out there is such a hassle for most people although some still have a personal preference of having an actual, touchable newspaper on their hands. Real money will not totally disappear just because there will be people that are unable to adapt to the new money, plus, there would be non-believer of cryptocurrencies. A lot of reasons, actually, will lead real money to not cease to exist but at some point, when even newspapers are totally removed from this world, even real money will disappear. I see no reason for things to become digital because it's a lot better and faster to access than any other thing. Security has to be tight but we the world is surely working its way towards that path and bitcoin is a proof of that.

Yes it seems hard but it is not impossible because bitcoin price is high and still it is growing. If bitcoin will be higher and people will use bitcoin is high demand it will be possible. I am happy to think about the future when all the real money will be disappear and people will start using bitcoin.

So for me it is not very hard and the crypto is going to be the best currency ever and in future everyone will use bitcoin as a fiat money.

Its unpredictable. But i think it is possible. Who knows, if time comes that people learn about it. However, for me it is still safe to have money in the bank. Hackers are too wise today.

I do not think cryptocurrency make real money disappear.  Cryptocurrency is just another face of currency and it is not made to replace flat money.  When bitcoin become legally accepted by all nation, it can be use as mode of payment on online, bank, and other transaction aided with technology.  But, Considering the fact that there are some places that do not have modern technology such as internet connection and cellular signal, the idea of replacing flat money by cryptocurrency is impossible and far from reality.  It took long period of time before such thing happen.

For me no,it will never happen since  fiat currency was  globally used by each of the country. The banks and people used it since before.Maybe the cryptocurrency will be added for some country as money or use for payment but cannot make real money disappear.

Timeline requires to let it happen all over the world because government is using FIAT as main currency but if the users in economy stop using FIAT there is 100% chance that crypto currency can make real money disappear. If there is no choice government have to change its LAW when we are not following  Cool
However there is a country even changed into crypto and stop using FIAT. I believe its all based on the efforts of bitcoin users.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
It was possible to happen now that technologies advances more . Also Bitcoin started to gain more trusy and support there is a chance Bitcoin will become useful in some transactuon than actual money but it doesnt mean that actual money will totally dissappear maybe there is still actual money but not totally many also maybe some small shop and stores will still need actual money . Some government also started to acknowledge Bitcoin as a currency.

I don't think that cryptocurrency will ever make real money disappear because Bitcoin is not something that is stable or something that countries can controll, however the value of real money is more stable due to a lot of facts, but  Bitcoin isn't.

Cryptocurrency was created as alternative to transacting briefly without requiring banks to do so. However, its reach cann't exceed fiat because there is no legal regulation that protects crypto.

i think it's possible but it's to risky to do. real money is the symbol of the standing of a country, so real money can tell the amount of their money and their standing. if the money will be disappear and change it to a cryptocurrency has a advantages but also have the disadvantages. in advantages the cryptocurrency will be use of all people so their is only one currency in the world and it is good, because you can buy things all over the world with the same price. and in the disadvantages is the only person or government will be only handle by one, so it may have a power to hold or to control the world. but i think this will not be happen easily because their's a person has the authorization of the cryptocurrency and that is the creator of it.

I dony think it will. Real money is still real money. And i dont think a lot of normal people know about it. Based on what ive read

Nobody knows how many bitcoin users there are but there were 11.48 million bitcoin wallets in existence in January 2017 according to Blockchain.info. Each bitcoin wallet is a potential customer for an online merchant."

So I would say a safe guess is anything less than ~11.5 million. The obvious next question is the average amount of addresses per person and how many people are using cold storage. So essentially 11.5 million / 7.5 billion global population would give us ~0.15% of the population actually owns a bitcoin (my estimate is less)? An interesting indicator of bitcoins potential in the future.

Maybe they know about it but they are not paying too much attention. People still tend to use real money on everyday basis.
I dont think a lot of my long time friends are interested on cryptos even im telling them how big this will be in the future smh

You have a point. Bitcoin can never be counterfeited, an advantage that physical money doesn't have. Also, being universal can also make it advantage. Time will come that we'll be living a cashless society.

What if somehow , in any way, Bitcoin stabilizes ? How are we going to deal with that ? and yeah you are right about the salt, I think some people still use it to trade in certain areas.

If any government will find a way to exploit Bitcoin, then it wouldn't be a problem replacing the paper money with bitcoin. First, they will save time and resources from creating the paper money. Second, bitcoin cannot be pirated (creating fake copies) unlike paper money which is very prone to piracy. And lastly, bitcoin is universal and so you won't need exchangers when you go to different places or different country.

No. I dont think cryptocurrency will make real money disappear. Maybe in the future , in next 100 years but it is not going to happen very soon. Just think that real money are used since year 500. Every single person use money every second/minute/hours etc. It is going to be impossible to make real money disappear in a few years. Also a lot of people dont even know what is that GOOGLE. How do you expect them to use something that they never heard about . I do think real money can be replaced but not very soon
