Elon failed to pump the price of dogecoin this time around. I wonder if this is the end of the hype for dogecoin. Holding dogecoin is very risky now. Why would anyone want to take risk with dogecoin when there are much better coin in the market. I have stop dreaming about 1$ doge and i will suggest others to think the same.

I think all of us in here already know that Doge Coin is a very HIGH RISK coin that you can reap high amount or make your capital suffer. As much as we want to see doge coin as revolutionary meme coin, it is very volatile that most who try to get in the wave loses.

Though I want to say that it can reach 1$ but not soon, as the whales are already waiting for the opportunity to pull any moment now.

I just think this Doge rising price was fueled by many gamblers that pump it and make fomo about it.

I was looking in to the Dogecoin prices for the past few days. One thing is very clear. The prices are being manipulated by keeping a large part of the supply away from free-float. If you look in to the daily trade volumes, the absolute numbers are very high (yesterday the DOGE trade volume was 6 times that of BNB). But at the same time, despite this high trade volume many of the top-100 Doge wallets are showing zero movement. This confirms that a majority of the large holders are not trading their coins.

@javainn all the hype leading to yesterday’s event of Elon made Doge rise, but now it looks like that the investors had enough of doge as they swiftly dumped it, and that caused the prices of doge to fall down to 0.51 cents. Also I wonder if there’s any future for this coin, because if Elon stops tweeting about it then it can crash back 0.05 cents soon.

There are worthless coins that are valued above 1usd. some are over 1000usd. tokens without any useful values and yet with high price. Doge started as a meme project and looks promising as it is been modiified. so yes. it will reach 1 usd and will definitely surpass that value. but not so soon, price might go down as well.

I was actually betting myself to see if it goes beyond a dollar and it enters at least 3-5 dollar territory. And I asked other people what would be their opinion on that and many of them are saying that it might be impossible for DOGE to reach the 3 dollar mark since the nature of the coin itself as a meme coin without any real worth. The price is only being propelled upwards because of tweets and endorsements of certain personalities and forces people to go FOMO on a meme coin. I want to see it go to 3 dollar mark but that would take a long long time.

Few months before i never thought that dogecoin can reach one dollar but now its seems that it is very much possible. Consider for a moment that if Elon Musk announce that he is expecting Dogecoin for Tesla, the dogecoin can become a rocket. Wink

This meme coin had gotten that far because of Elon Musk and it was just part of the history that when I've this coin and was ignored a lot and too bad didn't bought a lot of it when it was affordable.

Still, anycoin prices are unpredictable, especially now when the total market is increasing. But we can talk by percentage, suppose this Dogecoin bubble couldn't burst in a few months, but price dump or stable chances are high. Maybe during the last quarter we could see 1 USD of Dogecoin price.

Why not? Does a pump make Doge fail to reach $1? I think it is not very far to reach $1. Yesterday, the price of Dogecoin was already above $0,7. If there will be some pumps again in the near future, I assume Doge can achieve $1 soon. In my opinion, the price of $1 is possible to reach this month, but if there will be negative news related to Dogecoin, may take more time.

usually $1 be psychology level for traders, many times i see if coin could hit $1 it will pullback and holder start selling for taking profit. i am look it at CHZ , UTK and many other . as long as doge still under $1 , there are opportunity for us to rebuy and wait till target hit. its not financial advice but it see this habbit many times.

I think dogecoin will rise to even higher levels now. This is a very risky investment for long term as it pumped owed only to Elon Musk's tweets. Once Elon decided not to support this coin anymore, the fall is inevitable for this coin. How is this going to increase without him? So yes, I don't see it also as a long-term investment. We have no idea what is in Elon's mind. Is he here for long term support?
