I'm so bullish on ethereum because I'm pretty sure that it's gonna surpass $200 after the upgrade, it might go back to its previous all time high or beyond, it's good to accumulate because it won't go lower than this

If Ethereum exceeded 1000$ in 2017 without any major improvement, I'm pretty sure that 200$ is a threshold eth can exceed in the future without too much difficulty.

Off course etherum can reach more than that, if you think of little long term then you will notice the potential. If anyone thinks of smart contracts it's because of eth.
I think it will be in the next surge. We are expecting further rise in the market value of Bitcoin and hence ETH. The reason is that the market is very bullish and would be instrumental in pushing ETH further. The market for the time being is stable with Bitcoin around $5226 which means that ETH might also stay around the same value and will rise in the next surge. DO not forget ETH had the second highest market value back in 2017 which can happen again as well.
From some news coinswitch Ethereum price could be reached to 1450 USD in this 2019 year. My guess more positive chance for Ethereum blockchain in next year. 2020 will cryptocurrency in the bullrun because as much as bear cryptocurrency awake bull crypto is approaching.

Frankly speaking, any upgrade can only cause a bull run. Said that, if Ethereum will reach $200 after upgrade to me looks like irrelevant becasue Ethereum has been far from $200 last two years ago, even in the early 2018 when it was $280-$300 before the declined after. We should expect more bull run before the end of 2019 and Ethereum will be among.
Most likely cause the price now is very low for coin like Ethereum, but it still depends on the market too.

200 dollars is not a big value for Ethereum. The Ethereum price is currently $ 161 right now. So if the market continues to rise, the price of Ethereum can reach $ 200 after 3-4 days.
Ethereum is surely a potential crypto currency, $200 is very low price for it. Most of the cyrpto projects are being launched on ethereum blockchain, transaction on Ethereum network is very fast and easy. I do not see any reason that Ethereum price remains stuck at current level. $200 level is not far away for ETH and it may come at this level within 1 month and with in 1 year its price may be much much more that $200.
